Ephesians 2:4-5 NIV

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions it is by grace you have been saved.

August 22, 2026 | Dawn Watch Fellowship

August 23, 2026 | Sunday Service

Our Sunday Service opened with powerful testimonies of God’s loving-kindness and faithfulness, led by CPL Sis. Krizzia Talidong (who also served as a backup singer), Den Sandigan (served as the pianist), Sis. Mely Lepasana, Sis. Pearl Reyes and John Calip.

Praise and worship was dynamically led by Bro. Bernard Espina as the worship leader, alongside our dedicated team: Glianne Sagisabal, Stephen Galunan, John Louie Garanchon, and David Narciso.

Furthermore, Sis. Ellen Lazaro shared a powerful reminder based on Matthew 13 focusing on the Parable of the Weeds (Darnel/Tares).

📌Key Takeaways:

🔹Coexistence:
True believers must recognize that counterfeit faith and hypocrisy will exist alongside genuine believers in the world and the church.

🔹Divine Patience:
God delays final judgment out of mercy to allow space for repentance and to protect growing believers, as He alone perfectly judges the heart.

🔹Certainty of Judgment: Ultimate justice is guaranteed; the unrighteous will be separated, while the righteous will shine in the Father's kingdom (Matthew 13:43)

🔹Evidence of Faith:
A genuine, grace-transformed believer is marked by enduring obedience, fruitfulness, and the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23) until the very end.

After the service, our Women's Ministry recently gathered for their August DG Fellowship. Sis. Tess Narciso shared an inspiring and timely message centered on making choices for a healthy body and mind, taking inspiration from 1 Corinthians 6:19–20.

August 16, 2026 | Sunday Worship Service

Our August Sunday services continue to be powerfully led by our Youth & Teens and Young Professionals Ministries, and what a moving time of worship and testimony we had!

Here are some highlights from the pulpit and platform:

Powerful Testimonies:
CPL Bro. John Louie Garanchon shared an inspiring testimony of God’s faithfulness throughout his college years, followed by Bro. John Calip who celebrated the success of his recent mock board exam and birthday, and upcoming graduation. Bro. Arnold Corpin also testified of the Lord's faithfulness in his life especially for his birthday today🎉

Dynamic Worship: Praise and worship was jointly led by our Young Professionals (Bro. Jerwin Mahinay, Bernard Espina, Krizzia Talidong, Joem Cervantes, Stephen Galunan, and David Narciso) alongside our Youth & Teens representatives (Glianne Sagibal, Steven Abad, and PJ Reyes).

The Word: Sis Eds Burgos (Young Professionals) brought an insightful, timely message from 2 Kings 20:1-11 entitled "It's Not Over Yet." Focusing on the life of King Hezekiah, she reminded us of the power of a second chance and faith put into action. 📖✨

A Beautiful Collaboration: The service featured a special, multi-generational rendition of "Awesome God," brought together by the Young Professionals, Youth & Teens, and joined in parts (SATB) by our Men's and Women's Ministries!

📅 Looking Ahead:
Get excited for the next two Sundays of the month—there are still more surprises in store from our Youth & Teens Ministries! See you there! 🙏✨

Drawing from Hebrews 5:14, Sis. Chel Garcia of our Music Ministry shared a powerful message on Spiritual Discernment. Her message spoke deeply to everyone—from new believers to seasoned Christians, and whether serving in the church or in daily life—reminding us of the importance of training our senses to discern good from evil.

💯📌Key Takeaways from the Message:
1️⃣What is Spiritual Discernment?
🔹God-given
🔹God’s Grace
🔹Godly Guide

2️⃣Who has it? Who receives it?
🔹Christians –
(1 Corinthians 2:14–15)
🔹Called –
(1 Corinthians 12:10–11)
🔹Confide –
(James 1:5)
🔹Committed –
(Hebrews 5:14)

3️⃣Without SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT, we are vulnerable
to:
▪️Deception (Panlilinlang)
▫️1 John 4:1
▪️Doubt (Pag-aalinlangan)
▪️Delusion of Pride (Pagmamataas)
▫️Proverbs 16:18
▪️Devotion to the Worldly Values (Pagsunod sa sanlibutan)
▫️Romans 12:2
▫️1John 2:15-16
▪️Dullness in the Spirit (Pagkamanhid)
▫️Ephesians 4:18
▫️Hebrews 5:11-12

4️⃣What builds Spiritual Discernment (5D’s):
🔹Daily Devotion to God’s Word
▫️Psalm 119:105
🔹Dependence on the Guidance and Work of the Holy Spirit
▫️John 16:13
🔹Delight in Prayer and Worship (commune with God)
▫️Philippians1:9
🔹Draw Near to Mature Believers and Seek their Godly Counsel
▫️Proverbs11:14
🔹Dwell in Truth and Love
▫️Ephesians 14:15-16

AUGUST 8, 2026 | Dawn Watch Fellowship

Bro. Tong Galunan shared in detail that our hope and the assurance of salvation was revealed if we believe by faith in Jesus Christ through "Saved by Grace (Iniligtas sa Pamamagitan ng Biyaya):
A Biblical Foundation of Faith."

As Christians, we should be humbled and grateful to God for we are SAVED by GRACE through Faith. We acknowledge that we cannot do anything to save ourselves by our own good deeds but only through Jesus Christ alone. We are born again in Christ so we should live a life worthy of the calling.

💯 Key takeaways from the message:

WE ARE SAVED BY GRACE:
1️⃣ BECAUSE OF OUR SINFUL HUMAN NATURE
❖ All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God
●Romans 3:23
●Genesis 3
●1 John 2:15-16
❖ The Punishment of Sin is Death
●Romans 6:23a
●Isaiah 59:2
❖ The consequence and destination of unrepentant sinners
●John 3:36
●Revelation 20:10
❖ The final destination – 2nd death
●Revelation 20:14-15

2️⃣ BECAUSE WE CANNOT SAVE OURSELVES
●Titus 3:5
❖ Sin had separated us from God. We don’t become righteous in the sight of our good deeds and effort.
❖ We cannot earn the favor of God by cleansing our sins through good deeds.

3️⃣ WHEN GOD CAME TO RESCUE US BECAUSE HE LOVES US AND MERCIFUL TO US
❖ God hates sin
●Jude 1:22-23
●1 Timothy 2:3-4
❖ The GOSPEL–God’s Power of Salvation was Proclaimed
●John 3:16
●1 Corinthians 15:1-4
❖ God’s Gift of Grace was given to All by Faith
●Titus 3:5
●Ephesians 2:8-9
●John 14:6
❖ God Gave us the Assurance of Salvation
●1 John 5:11-12
●John 3:16
●Romans 5:8, 10:9-10
●Acts 4:12

4️⃣ WHEN GOD RENEWED AND CHANGED US – OUR RESPONSE TO THE CALLING
❖ We believe by faith in the saving power of Christ
●Romans 10:9-10
❖ We were Born Again by Water and the Spirit
●John 3:3-5
●Romans 6:4
❖ The Holy Spirit dwells in us, bearing fruit and transforming our lives, and discerning and doing the will of God.
●2 Corinthians 5:17
●Galatians 5:22-23
●Romans 12:2

✍️💭 REFLECTION:
We were once separated from God because of sin but God demonstrated His love and mercy for us, while we were sinners, Christ died for us.

August 9, 2026 | Sunday Service

From a forgotten field in Bethlehem to the throne of Israel, the life of King David proves that God's sovereignty is unshakeable. He doesn't look at the outward appearance—He looks at the heart. This month, we are discovering how God’s power moves powerfully through the lives of those who trust Him completely.

Drawing from 1 Samuel 13:14, Pastor Ronnie Roque brought a timely, much-needed word straight from the pulpit: "King David: The Greatest King Of Israel."

"But now your kingdom will not endure; the Lord has sought out a man after his own heart and appointed him ruler of his people, because you have not kept the Lord’s command.”

💯Key takeaways from the message:

✅ David was prominent in the history of the world.
✅ Jesus is called Son of David (not son of Abraham or son of Jacob)
✅ His characters were a strange mixture of good and evil.
✅ Not an idolater
✅ Loyal to God
✅ A Superb Shepherd and able Leader/King
✅ Fine musician, a harpist, in the court of King Saul
- 1 SAMUEL 16:14-23
✅ Israel’s beloved singer
- 2 SAMUEL 23:1

1️⃣ Prophet Samuel anointed him as the future King at aged 16
-1 Samuel 16:13

2️⃣ At a young age became an able ‘Athletic’ man
-1 Samuel 17:34-36

3️⃣ At a young age became a warrior-leader who subdued single handedly the giant Goliath (using only a sling and a stone and great faith in God)
-1 Samuel 17:40

4️⃣ Called ‘A Man After God’s Own Heart’
-1 Samuel 13:14
-Acts 13:22

5️⃣ David worked under King Saul as a harpist who later tried to kill him

6⃣ David became King over Judah and Israel
-2 Samuel 2 & 5

7⃣ The man who composed Psalm 23 became a murderer, adulterer
(2 Samuel) yet showed repentance and devotion to God (Psalm 51)

8⃣ Able Leader to his army with great success
- Against lion and bear
(1 Samuel 17:34-36)
- Against Goliath
(1 Samuel 17:49-50)
- Against Philistines, Moabites, Edomites, Amalekits, Ammonites, Arameans (Syrians), Jebusites

9⃣ Declared Jerusalem as the capital of Israel (City of David)
-2 Samuel 5:6-10

✍️📖
🔹 King David captured Jerusalem and brought the Ark of the Covenant while dancing on the street
(2 Samuel 6)
🔹 His last achievement was the preparation to build the Temple of God
(2 Samuel 11-12)
