How devastating it is to see what’s been happening in the Philippines, and the fact that we never know what will happen next.

But there is one thing that we should all know and believe in during this time.

And that is we need 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦.

May we open our eyes and hearts, realize that we should not run away FROM THE LORD, but this is the time to 𝗥𝗨𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗛𝗜𝗠.

𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻. Go back to the One who first loved you; to the One who protects you and comforts you.

““Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “return to Me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning; and rend your hearts and not your garments.” Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love; and He relents over disaster.”
‭‭Joel‬ ‭2‬:‭12‬-‭13‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Wake up!

It is also the time to speak His powerful and great name. This is the time to 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗞 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦.

Paul tells us in Galatians 1:11-12, 15-16a ESV

“For I would have you know, brothers, that the gospel that was preached by me is not man’s gospel. For I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ.

But when HE who had set me apart before I was born, and who called me by HIS grace, was pleased to reveal HIS SON to me, in order that I might preach HIM among the Gentiles,…”

In times like these and not knowing what could happen next, safety is important.

But it is more important for 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗘 to be 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗗.

So Valiant Gen, make Christ known. Pray for your families and friends to know, believe, and accept Him.
