When was the last time you talked to God? 🤔

Sometimes we never find the time.
"I have work", "I have somewhere to go", "I have to study", "I'm running late"

There will always be an excuse.
St. Marie Eugenie Milleret once said, "Prayer is the raising of our souls to God, who waits for us to open our hearts to His presence."

God is waiting. There is no pressure. There are no conditions.
You are invited to keep Jesus company.

Wednesday Reflection 🕯️
“Ipunin ninyo ang lumabis nang di masayang.” Juan 6:12

This happened after the feeding of 5,000 men, excluding women and children.

Binusog muna ni Jesus ang napakaraming tao bago tinipon ang tira—12 baskets full. For truly, He is the God of abundance. He is the God of more than enough.

This month, we join the Pope’s prayer intention that everyone might have food. Pero bakit marami ang nagugutom? Dahil wala tayong sapat na pagpapahalaga sa biyaya ng Diyos. Saan at bakit nagkukulang? Dahil sa culture of waste and lack of good stewardship.

God wastes nothing.
Ayaw ni Jesus na may masayang na tinapay, at ayaw Niyang may masayang na buhay. Pinupulot Niya ang ating mga pusong sugatan, ang ating mga kabiguan, at ang mga pira-pirasong bahagi ng ating buhay upang buuin muli at gamitin sa Kanyang dakilang layunin.

🙏 Father God, we pray for Your guidance and wisdom as we navigate through life, and we ask that You continue to provide not only food on our tables but also the grace of nourishment in the Holy Eucharist. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Last May 9 (Saturday), the parish Commission on Youth and Formation Team officially held their Heart of Discipleship formation, entitled: 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒄𝒌! ✨

Our youth servants spent the day with interactive and faith-centered activities, while also listening to inspiring talks from our dearest speakers, Ate Aimee and Pads Johnny.

Truly, it was a much-needed day of reflection and communion. 🤍

Together, we continue to pray for our youth as they strengthen their faith and seek their purpose. 🙏

Mas masaya maglinkod sa simbahan kapag alam mong mayroon kang kalakbay 🙏

With the guidance of Pads Johnny, our Commission on Youth servants and Formation team learned the importance of living a life in communion and mission as youth servants.

Thank you, Father Johnny, for making the time to shepherd us through our much needed 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒄𝒌. May we continue to discern God’s purpose for us whilst we grow together in synodality 🙏

🔦 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩

Every day in service is an opportunity to encounter Jesus 🤍

Last May 9, our Commission on Youth servants and Formation Team learned heartfelt lessons about encountering God in their lives through Ate Aimee’s talk.

Maraming salamat, Ate Aimee, sa iyong paggabay sa aming 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒄𝒌. Truly, we shall continue to grow in faith and seek out God in every aspect of our lives 🙏
