We also invite everyone to join us as the newly ordained priest in his Thanksgiving Mass at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐎 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐎𝐀𝐘 𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇

Maliban sa ibang magagandang simbahan na mayroon ang Lalawigan ng Ilocos Norte, isa ang Paoay Church sa mga kilala sa angking ganda nito. Ang Paoay Church ay sinimulang itayo taong 1694 at natapos taong 1710. Ito ay kilala sa angking ganda ng “Earthquake Baroque” architectural style nito. Isa sa natatanging istruktura na makikita rito ay ang kampanaryo nito na nagsilbing “observation post” ng mga Katipunero noong Rebolusyon at ng mga guerilla noong Ikalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig. Itinuturing ito bilang isang Pambansang Yamang Pangkalinangan at UNESCO World Heritage Site dahil sa naging ambag nito sa ating kasaysayan.

Ang nasabing simbahan ay bahagi ng mga binisita ng Birhen ng Sapao sa Visitación de La Virgen de Sapao sa Ilocos Region.

𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 | With hearts full of faith and devotion, St. Augustine Paoay Church warmly invites everyone to welcome the revered image of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, La Virgen de Sapao, on Friday, June 12, 2026.
The prayerful celebration will begin with the arrival of the Image at 7:30 AM. This blessed visit seeks to deepen devotion to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary and inspire the faithful to embrace the daily prayer of the Holy Rosary.
May this sacred occasion bring us together as one community of faith, entrusting our families, parish, and nation to the loving maternal care and intercession of Our Blessed Mother.
