Yesterday, we gathered for our Annual Youth Meeting Program, a sacred and joyful moment shared by our youth and their parents. We lovingly welcomed Primary children who are turning 12 as they officially joined the youth, along with newly baptized members, reminding each one that they truly belong in the Lord’s kingdom.

We also recognized our Young Men and Young Women turning 18, honoring their faith, efforts, and growth as they prepare to enter the Elders Quorum and Relief Society.

During the program, Bishop Apostol explained the Children and Youth Guidebook, helping the youth understand the Lord’s expectations and divine purpose for them. As a meaningful symbol of their journey, through simple emblems—CTR rings, necklaces, the For the Strength of Youth guidebook, and vials—we were reminded of their covenants and their desire to choose the right and follow Jesus Christ.

The Relief Society and Elders Quorum extended heartfelt messages of love and welcome, affirming that these young adults are needed, valued, and supported in the Lord’s Church.

Bishop Apostol further reminded the youth of the Lord’s divine purpose for them: to become like Him—to grow physically, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually, and to move forward in faith as devoted disciples of Jesus Christ.

We are grateful for inspired leaders, faithful parents, and covenant-keeping youth. Truly, the Lord is mindful of His youth. ✨

Our first YSA activity of the year was the perfect blend of faith, learning, and fun. Through Institute, we were reminded of the powerful blessings that come from seeking truth, gaining knowledge, and deepening our covenants with the Lord.

With uplifting conversations, lots of laughter, and unforgettable moments, it was truly a night we won’t forget. Here’s to a year of growing together spiritually, socially, and joyfully. 📚🤍

𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐞, 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫: 𝐏𝐚𝐨𝐚𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬

Paoay Ward members once again joined the Batac Philippines Stake Self-Reliance Graduation, marking a meaningful milestone in their journey toward greater faith and self-reliance.

This year’s batch from the ward completed four courses: Emotional Resilience (8 completers), Personal Finance (11), Starting and Growing My Business (19), and Education for Better Work (6).

Their dedication reflects the ward’s commitment to strengthening families, improving livelihoods, and progressing along the covenant path.

𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐊𝐢𝐜𝐤-𝐎𝐟𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥

Today, our Ward held its Seminary Kick-Off Activity with the seminarians and their parents. Brother Alexandrus provided the orientation, important instructions, and updates for the new seminary year. Sister Eloisa, the Seminary Home Study teacher, and Sister Jona, the Daily Seminary teacher, led fun and meaningful doctrinal mastery activities that helped set the tone for the year.

Throughout the activity, we witnessed how attentive, engaged, and inspired our youth were. Their enthusiasm and joy reminded us of the importance of seminary in strengthening testimonies and deepening their understanding of the gospel. This kick-off marked a joyful and faith-filled beginning to a new seminary year—one centered on learning, growth, and drawing closer to Jesus Christ.

𝐒𝐆𝐌𝐁 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝟏𝟐 - 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Today, we joyfully celebrate our 19 SGMB participants who delivered their business presentations as part of Week 12, their final step and a meaningful milestone toward graduation. We are grateful for their faith, diligence, and willingness to apply gospel principles of self-reliance, stewardship, and hard work in their lives. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our dear guests for their presence, support, and encouragement. May the Lord continue to guide them as they move forward with purpose and confidence. 🤍

On January 11, Sister Ashley Kate Madamca Era finally entered the waters of baptism, covenanting with God to take upon His name, serve Him and others, keep His commandments, and edure to the end.

The Paoay Ward is thrilled to walk alongside her as she continues her journey along the covenant path.

As the primary children sang their songs, shared their testimonies, and delivered heartfelt talks, the room was filled with the Spirit and the pure light of their faith. These precious little ones are learning about Jesus Christ, building strong testimonies, and walking the covenant path with courage and love.

From postponed dates to a memorable night by the beach! Our YSA activity finally pushed through, and it reminded us how strong we are when we come together.

We studied the scriptures, strengthened friendships, and enjoyed a night filled with light and laughter.

After so much anticipation, this is our first YSA activity as Paoay Ward, and we’re excited for the many more to come.

Here’s to the rising generation! 💕

Come and celebrate our Ward Christmas Party with the theme “𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐨 𝐬𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧” this December 13, 2025 (Saturday), from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Let’s come together for a joyful and meaningful Christmas celebration as we remember the true Light of the season, our Savior Jesus Christ.
