Come and see, God can open the heaven for you to see great things as a favor for your faithfulness. Always expect supernatural things in all that we do for God.

What we can learn from the coat of many colors that Jacob gave to Joseph:

1️⃣ God’s plans are different than our preferences. If you think someone is not valuable, God makes them valuable. Don’t assume someone is a good choice simply because they’re family. Remember, God can make a dry rod blossom and bear fruits. They may not look impressive on the outside but wins a lot of souls. Always make room for the destiny of people and look for a supernatural dominion in people.

2️⃣ Envy is the source of so much conflict in the church. Envy is when you feel pain when God blesses others. It is evil because it destroys what God is doing. How you react to the blessings of other people will determine your future. Blessings don’t come from people, it is God’s will. And His blessings on other people exposes our hearts.

3️⃣ Always accept God’s blessings. Don’t hide them because the purposes of God may be damaged. However, these blessings come with a lot of trouble. People will react badly. But that is for you to learn grace. So, don’t let the blessings of God turn you into something ugly by hating those who hate you. Forgive them and let God change their hearts.

You can be distracted without knowing it. When pastors get offended and gets angry, that’s a distraction strategy. Materialism and the cares of this world, sin and the pull of this old life, disappointments in our ministries, families, ambitions - they are all distractions. Work is good, but if you don’t know that you’re getting distracted, you’ll lose what’s important.

You may lose your burden for souls, you may lose the vision that God gave you, or you may lose your destiny. In plowing the field, the rows have to be straight. So, if you keep looking back, you’ll lose control of the plow. Distractions affect your future.
