With deep sorrow, we share the passing of our dear friend and beloved member of the Path of the Wise Temple, Benjamin “BENJIE” Cabel (Jhunex Al), First Degree Priest of our Temple and the Correllian Nativist Church, who crossed beyond the veil on April 13, 2026.
Benjie walked among us with kindness, quiet strength, and a spirit that touched many lives. Within our circle, he was more than a fellow seeker—he was family. As a First Degree Priest, he served with dedication, humility, and a sincere devotion to the path, offering guidance and presence to those who walked beside him.
As he crosses beyond the veil, we honor the path he has walked and the wisdom he leaves behind. May he be guided gently into the embrace of peace, welcomed by the ancestors, and surrounded by eternal light.
We offer this simple crossing and send-off:
"May the winds carry you safely,
May the waters cleanse your spirit,
May the fire light your way,
May the earth hold you in gentle rest."
"Hail to the traveler who walks beyond the veil.
Hail to the soul who journeys onward.
Hail to our brother, now among the eternal."
Though he is no longer with us in body, his spirit remains within our circle—in every prayer, every ritual, and every quiet moment of remembrance.
Rest well, dear brother. You are remembered, you are cherished, and you are forever part of us.
