As our CFI Summer Youth Camp 2026 comes to an end, our hearts are filled with gratitude for all that God has done. These past days have been filled with meaningful lessons, genuine friendships, joyful moments, and memories we will always cherish.

Above all, we leave this camp reminded of our calling to live with resilience for greater works—to stand firm in our faith, choose what is right even when it’s difficult, and faithfully reflect Christ wherever He places us.

May the lessons we learned not end here, but continue to shape our lives as we become a generation that lives boldly for God’s glory.

Camp life is more than attending sessions—it’s about learning to serve with joy, humility, and unity.

These moments remind us that resilience is not only built through hearing God’s Word but also through faithfully serving one another. As we work together, we grow in character, strengthen our fellowship, and reflect the servant heart of Christ.

Session 2

Theme: Resilience for Greater Works
Topic: Amidst Corruption and Unjust Governance
Speaker: Pastor Elizer Gilaga

Corruption and injustice may be realities in our world, but as followers of Christ, we are not called to respond with hatred, revenge, or silence. Instead, we are called to reflect Christ through truth, integrity, prayer, and love.

True resilience is not merely enduring a broken system—it is remaining faithful to God within it. Like Daniel, we are challenged to live with uncompromising integrity, stand firm in our convictions, pray for our leaders, and pursue justice while keeping Christ’s love at the center of everything we do.

To deepen the message, the campers participated in a group reflection activity, where each group creatively presented their insights through acting and singing. These presentations beautifully demonstrated that God’s Word is not only meant to be heard but lived out, reminding us that even in the face of corruption and injustice, we can be instruments of hope, righteousness, and transformation.

May we continue to overcome evil with good, stand firm in our faith, and become a generation that honors God through lives marked by integrity, compassion, and faithful service.

Theme: Resilience for Greater Works
Topic: A. In the Midst of Crisis and War
Speaker: Pastor Elizer Gilaga

In times of war, crisis, and uncertainty, our greatest strength is found not in our own abilities but in Christ, our firm foundation. Through Pastor Elizer Gilaga’s message, we were reminded that God remains sovereign in every circumstance, and that every challenge is an opportunity to grow in faith, perseverance, and Christlike character.

As believers, we are called not to retreat from a broken world but to move toward greater works—living out God’s love through compassion, prayer, reconciliation, and faithful service. True resilience is reflected in hearts that continue to trust God and become instruments of hope, even in difficult times.

To deepen our understanding of the message, the campers participated in a group reflection activity, where each group creatively presented their insights through acting and singing. Their presentations beautifully portrayed how God’s Word speaks into real-life struggles and reminded us that resilience is best demonstrated when faith is lived out in action.

The day begins with willing hearts and helping hands. 💙 Cleaning isn’t just about keeping our surroundings tidy—it’s about cultivating discipline, responsibility, humility, and teamwork.

As we serve in the little things, we are reminded that every act done with love honors God.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23
