This seminar aims to strengthen your leadership skills, deepen your understanding of Christian leadership, and inspire you to serve the Church and the youth with humility, dedication, and love.

𝑩𝒓𝒐. 𝑴𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑴. 𝑻𝒂𝒈𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏
𝑻𝒐𝒑𝒊𝒄: “𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑”

Bro. Michael M. Tagwalan is a dedicated public servant and community leader who currently serves as the Local Youth Development Officer III of the City Government of Panabo under the City Social Welfare and Development Office. As a permanent government employee, he continues to advocate for youth empowerment, values formation, and community development.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Davao del Norte State College, where he completed his college studies from 1996 to 2001. He also completed his secondary education at Davao del Norte State College from 1992 to 1996 and his elementary education at Panabo Central Elementary School from 1986 to 1992.

Beyond his professional service, Bro. Michael is actively involved in the ministry of the Church as the Coordinator/Chairman of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Apostolate of Sto. Niño Parish, Panabo City. His commitment to faith and service has inspired many individuals, especially the youth, to live out their Christian calling.

With his extensive experience as a resource speaker, Bro. Michael has shared his knowledge and inspiration in various formations, including:

Mr. Belly Anthony S. Velasco is a passionate communicator, youth leader, and advocate of meaningful service through faith and leadership. With his experiences in media, youth ministry, and organizational leadership, he continues to inspire young people to use their voices with purpose and serve with compassion.

He is a former News Writer-Intern of PTV Davao and DXDC Davao, where he developed his skills in journalism, communication, and responsible storytelling. He also served as the Vice President of the DYA Education Committee (EDCOM) Ministry of Mary Mediatrix of All Grace Parish, and has been an active DYA Core Group Member since 2020, contributing to the formation and empowerment of the youth.

From 2019 to 2022, Mr. Velasco served as the President of the DNSC BACOMM Organization, where he demonstrated his leadership and commitment to strengthening communication among students and communities.

Currently, he continues his mission of communication and formation as the Marketing Head of PCWORKS Advertising, where he shares his expertise in communication, creativity, and leadership.

Through his journey in media, youth ministry, and professional service, Mr. Velasco embodies the values of speaking with courage, leading with compassion, and serving with faith.

Today, he will share his insights on “Speak with Purpose, Lead with Love, Serve with Faith” — inspiring us to become effective communicators and servant leaders in our communities.
