CGPMI Leyte 16th Church Anniversary & Christmas Celebration

Praise the Lord for the success of our 16th Church Anniversary! 🙌
Despite the tropical depression and the suspension of classes and work, God once again proved His faithfulness. Truly, He is a God of miracles.

We originally planned to book our celebration on a Friday, but since all villas were fully booked last month, we settled for Thursday. Yet, because of the suspended work and classes, it felt exactly like a Friday—God’s perfect timing!

We were blessed with a meaningful morning devotion and a joyful water baptism. Praise God for the new souls who publicly declared their faith! ❤️

What a powerful, Spirit-filled time of fellowship and bonding with our brethren and loved ones.

There is only one way—through Jesus alone! 🙏✨

The Promise of Peace

We were so blessed to have Ptr. Anthony & Nicy Porter visit our church and encourage our hearts with God’s Word.

Peace is God’s gift to us, but how do we truly experience it?
✅ Prayer (Phil. 4:6-7)
✅ Meditation on what is true and good (Phil. 4:8-9)
✅ Contentment in every situation (Phil. 4:11-12)
✅ Trust the Christ in you (Phil. 4:13)
✅ Remember His promises (Phil. 4:19)

Many Christians miss peace because we forget God’s promises, focus on the wrong things, or don’t know how to tap into it. But Jesus reminds us:

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you… Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” – John 14:27

We also praise God for the new souls who accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior, and for those who were renewed through prayer and in this service. Truly, God’s Word was living and timely. In a world full of discouragement, trials, and anxiety, His peace remains our anchor. 🙏🙏🙏
