WELCOME TO SANTISSIMO ROSARIO, PAIS!

The Parish of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary cordially welcomes Sem. Yves Edgar Magaipo, hailing from St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Javier, Leyte and currently an AB II Seminarian from the Sacred Heart Seminary.

Sem. Magaipo, together with other seminarians assigned in various parishes across the Archdiocese of Palo, are currently on their summer apostolate, a monthlong program designed to help seminarians experience the different settings of Parish life as part of their ongoing vocations discernment.

An outreach program was held today at the Pope Francis Center for Orphans and the Elderly (Kkotongnae). The feeding and gift-giving activity was facilitated by the Parish Commission on Youth, together with our family sponsor, the Palmares family.

Members of the Commission on Youth and the grandchildren of the Palmares family presented various performances for the beneficiaries.

AN ATON MANUNUBOS, TIARABOT NA!

In celebration of the Nativity of the Lord, the Parish announces the following schedules for today, December 24, and tomorrow, December 25. Please see the publication material below for details and scheduling.

The Midnight Mass of the Nativity will be celebrated at 9:30 in the evening tonight.

Regular weekday afternoon schedule at 5:30 pm will resume December 26th. A separate schedule for the Octave Day of Christmas and New Year's Eve Mass will posted on a later date.

The Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Parish Youth Ministry successfully conducted the Archdiocese of Palo Local National Youth Day formation module titled “Windows of Hope.” This activity aimed to strengthen faith through God-centered service and to reflect on hope and how it inspires young people to live out God’s purpose in their lives.

The Youth Ministry would like to express its sincere gratitude to our facilitator, Mr. Rene Bendoy, a member of the Archdiocesan Youth Coordinating Council and the InfoComm Head of OLMHRP.

May God continue to guide us and keep us faithful to His call.

SIMBANG GABI NA NAMAN?!

As the season of Advent draws to a close, the traditional Misas de Aguinaldo, unique to the Philippines, is celebrated to honor the Blessed Mother and in joyous anticipation of the coming of the Emmanuel, Our Lord Jesus Christ. Each year is always made special by your presence and like any other, the Misas de Aguinaldo is a grace-filled encounter of hope and joy in Christ.

The Parish would like to invite you all to the Misas de Aguinaldo starting December 15th in the barangays, and December 16th in our Parish. Please refer to the schedule publication below for more details.

We are also still accepting sponsors and donors for the novena Masses, the Midnight, and the Day Masses. If you want to sponsor, you may visit the Parish from Tuesdays to Sundays, 8:00-5:00 pm.

During the Culmination of the Month of the Holy Rosary on October 31, 2025, the Commission on Youth with some parishioners of OLMHRP gathered carrying our own challenges and moments of weariness. Yet, as we united our hearts in praying the Holy Rosary and honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary, we were reminded of the peace, hope, and consolation that her loving presence brings. In her motherly embrace, we found renewed strength, comfort, and grace to continue our journey with faith.

In every joy and every trial, may we never forget to pray the Rosary, for it draws us closer to Jesus through Mary. 🩷

𝟭𝟮𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

This annual candlelight vigil is a heartfelt tribute to the beloved souls who lost their lives during Super Typhoon Yolanda. As we gather to mark the 12th year since that day that changed countless lives, we remember not only the pain it brought, but the courage and faith that rose from it.

As we remember this solemn anniversary, may it remind us of God’s unending love and mercy. Let us honor the memories of those who have gone before us by living each day with compassion, gratitude, and enduring hope in the promise of eternal life.

May we continue to rejoice in hope, for it is through God’s grace that we are saved. 💛
