We bid farewell to our respectful guide in the youth ministry in faith, our mentor in service, or our shepherd in ministryโyou became a father to us. Through your kindness, patience, and unwavering support, you made every young person feel seen, heard, and valued. You loved us fairly, attentively, and wholeheartedly, reminding us of the Father's love through your own.
You celebrated our victories, encouraged us in our struggles, corrected us with compassion, and walked with us through every season of our journey. Because of you, many of us found not only a place in the Church, but also a home.
As you begin a new mission, know that your presence has left a mark on our hearts. The memories, lessons, laughter, and prayers shared will remain with us wherever we go.
As the song beautifully says, "๐๐ค๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ๐'๐จ ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ ๐พ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ค๐ซ๐ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ค๐ช." Though distance may separate us, our gratitude, respect, and love for you will remain the same.
Thank you for being our father, our friend, and our shepherd. Thank you for believing in the youth and for teaching us to follow Christ with courage and joy.
May God continue to bless your priesthood, guide your mission, and reward the goodness you have shared with countless lives.
Padayon, Padre. You will always have a family in the youth you have loved and served.
