📣📣 𝑽𝑰𝑪𝑨𝑹𝑰𝑨𝑻𝑬 𝑶𝑭 𝑷𝑨𝑳𝑶 𝑳𝑶𝑮𝑶 𝑴𝑨𝑲𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑻𝑬𝑺𝑻
𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲:
To create a distinctive and meaningful logo for the Vicariate of Palo - Commission on Youth that reflects the spirit, values, and identity of the organization. The logo should inspire unity, faith, and community engagement among the youth.
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:
1. The contest is open to all Parish Youth Members under the scope of the Vicariate of Palo, regardless of age.
2. Each parish shall submit 1 official entry to the logo making contest.
𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. Designs must be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) and should be scalable for various purposes (e.g., website, social media, print).
2. The logo should be accompanied by a brief explanation of the design, highlighting the symbolism and inspiration behind it.
3. Participants must include their name, contact information, and membership status in the Parish Youth Ministry along with their submission.
𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:
1. Originality: Submissions must be original, and participants must not use copyrighted or stock images.
2. Relevance: The logo should effectively convey the values and mission of the Vicariate of Palo – Commission on Youth, representing the spirit of the community, faith and teamwork.
3. Simplicity: Keep the design simple, memorable, and easily recognizable.
4. Color Scheme: Use a maximum of three colors, reflecting a harmonious and visually appealing palette.
5. Versatility: The logo should work well in both color and black-and-white formats.
𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲:
1. The winning design will become the official logo of the Vicariate of Palo – Commission on Youth.
2. The winner will receive a monetary prize, recognition on the organization's official page, certificate of recognition, and token.
𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲:
All entries must be submitted on or before 𝙁𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙮 17, 2024, sent to the official email address of the vicariate: 𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙤𝙛𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙤.𝙘𝙤𝙮@𝙜𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙢. Late entries will not be considered.
𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
A panel of judges, comprising representatives from the Archdiocesan Youth Coordinating Council, the Vicariate of Palo - Vicariate Youth Director, Vicariate Youth Council Officers, and external design professionals, will evaluate the submissions.
𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:
By participating in the contest, participants agree to transfer the ownership of the winning design to the Vicariate of Palo – Commission on Youth, granting them the right to use the logo for organizational purposes.
