Are you a Rabbit Christian or a Turtle Christian?

A rabbit may start fast but easily gives up. A turtle may move slowly, but it keeps going until it reaches the finish line. As followers of Christ, God calls us to remain faithful—not just to start well, but to finish well.

📖 "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." — Hebrews 6:19

No matter what storms we face, our hope remains secure when we: Anchor ourselves in God's promises. Find assurance in His presence, knowing that Emmanuel—God is with us. Abide in His perfect peace.

May we continue to trust God's timing, stand firm in faith, and hold on to the hope that never fails.

❤️ THE FATHER'S HEART ❤️

Today, we were reminded of God's extravagant, extraordinary, and merciful expression of His unconditional love. Just like the father in the story of the prodigal son, our Heavenly Father patiently waits for us, welcomes us with mercy and forgiveness, and rejoices when we return to Him.

📖 "For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found." — Luke 15:32

God's love is not based on our achievements, success, or failures. His greatest joy is having a relationship with us. No matter how far we have wandered, His arms remain open, ready to restore, forgive, and embrace us.

May we reflect the heart of our Father—loving patiently, forgiving freely, and valuing relationships above all else.

Today, God reminded us through Isaiah 30:19-22 that challenges are not meant to destroy us but to draw us closer to Him. In every season, we are called to seek the Lord, come to Him, follow His direction, and remove anything that takes His place in our hearts.

When problems come, God may be directing, inspecting, correcting, or protecting us. Instead of running away from Him, let us run toward Him and trust His leading.

May we choose to be changed by God's Word rather than be defeated by life's challenges.

Today, we were reminded through God's Word that true obedience is not delayed, partial, or filled with complaints—it is immediate, complete, and done with a willing heart.

📖 "Do everything without grumbling or arguing." — Filipos 2:14

When we choose to trust and obey God even when we don't fully understand His plans, we experience His protection, provision, and promotion in our lives. Let us learn to say, "Yes, Lord!" and follow Him wholeheartedly.

Happy 43rd Birthday to our Beloved Pastora May ! 🎂🎉

Today, May 31, 2026, the LJM Family joyfully celebrates the life of our beloved Pastora May. We thank God for another year added to your life—a life dedicated to serving Him, leading His people, and sharing His love with everyone around you.

As a simple expression of our love and appreciation, the LJM Family prepared a surprise celebration for you. We were blessed to present 43 special gifts and share a wonderful fellowship meal together after our Sunday worship service. More than the gifts and food, our hearts were filled with gratitude for the blessing that you are to our church family.

Thank you for your prayers, sacrifices, guidance, and unwavering commitment to God's calling. Your faith, kindness, and servant heart continue to inspire us to grow deeper in our walk with Christ.

📖 1 Samuel 1:19-28 | Isaiah 2:1-3

True faith is not only spoken through words, but revealed through actions, obedience, sacrifice, and trust in God’s perfect timing. Just like Hannah faithfully prayed and surrendered everything to the Lord, we are reminded that God never forgets a faithful prayer. 🙏

💡 In this powerful message, we learned that:
• God remembers faithful prayers even when answers seem delayed.
• God’s blessings should always lead us to gratitude and worship.
• True dedication to God requires sacrifice and complete surrender.

When people truly believe and act on their faith:
✨ Miracles happen
✨ Homes are changed
✨ Generations are transformed
