United in faith, service, and celebration, the VCS Culmination during the FEASTA Celebration in honor of Saint Augustine of Canterbury became a meaningful gathering for the entire Mahayag Mission community. With the presence of our celebrant the Diocesan Bp. Dave and fellow ministers, the event was filled with gratitude, joy, and spiritual inspiration as we celebrated faith, unity, and excellence together.

We extend our highest praise and thanksgiving to Almighty God for the successful conclusion of the DIOCESAN CHURCH MUSIC ORIENTATION AND WORKSHOP held at Upper Nilo Mission last May 12 to 15, 2026.

This event has successfully brought together our pastoral musicians in a spirit of learning and liturgical formation.

We express our profound gratitude to Rev. Fr. Mario Quince, Music Director of IFI Diocese of Surigao, for serving as our esteemed Resource Speaker. His masterful guidance, pastoral wisdom, and deep knowledge of sacred liturgy have left a lasting impact on our music ministers, equipping them to better serve our Church.

We also commend and thank all the delegates who attended. Your active participation and dedication to your parish and mission ministries are highly appreciated.

Finally, we thank our Host Mission (Upper Nilo Mission) Church for their exceptional hospitality and support, which ensured the smooth ex*****on of this diocesan event. May the Lord bless your generosity!

Starting the Journey of Service through Music

Today marks the beginning of the 3-Day Diocesan Church Music Orientation and Workshop at Upper Nilo Mission! Our facilitator, Fr. Mario Quince, opened the sessions by diving into our meaningful theme: "Pag-atiman sa Katawhan: Kaakohan ug buluhaton sa Matag-binunyagan."

It is inspiring to see so many dedicated music ministers gathered to rekindle their mission. We look forward to two more days of learning, harmony, and spiritual growth.
