Congratulations on the successful completion of the Annual Clergy Retreat 2026! May this sacred time of prayer, reflection, fellowship, and renewal continue to strengthen our parish priests in their vocation and ministry.

1. Birth Certificate ng kukumpilan. Ang batang kukumpilan ay kailangan ganap na 12 taong gulang o pataas.
2. Baptismal Certificate ng kukumpilan
3. Marriage Contract ng magulang, kung hindi kasal ay Confirmation certificate.
4. Marriage contract or Confirmation certificate ng Ninong at Ninang
Sa iba pang katanungan ay makipag-ugnayan sa mga nasabing pangalan sa taas.
