Awhag alang sa mga kabataan nga nag edad 8 ngadto sa 15 anyos. Ginadapit kamo aron mahimong kabahin sa malipayong paghandum sa Pagtagbo. Hinaut nga pinaagi sa ilang mga tingog ug lihok, mapadayag ang gugma ug paglaum nga gidala ni Hesukristo sa kalibutan.

Kini na ang higayon nga ipakita ang inyong grasya ug talento alang sa Ginoo! Maghiusa kita isip pagpasidungog sa balaang panagtagbo.

Mamahimong magbilin lang kamo ug mensahe diri sa panid sa website sa pag apil o pede ra kamo mo muadto sa opisina sa Parokya sa pagpalista.

Ash Wednesday | Lenten Season

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the sacred season of Lent. A quiet, powerful invitation to return to what truly matters. Today, we receive ashes on our foreheads in the shape of a cross, a humble reminder of our humanity: “Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” Yet within those words is not despair, but hope.

This day calls us into reflection, repentance, and renewal. It is a moment to pause from the noise of the world and listen more closely to God’s voice. It is a time to let go of distractions, grudges, pride, and anything that distances us from love. Through prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, we begin a 40-day journey toward the promise of Easter. A journey not just of sacrifice, but of transformation.

As we step into Lent, may we walk with humility, courage, and faith. May this season soften our hearts, strengthen our spirits, and draw us closer to Christ. And may the ashes we wear today be more than a symbol. May they be a commitment to live with deeper purpose, gratitude, and love.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.

All for His Glory with joyful spirits, the Parish Youth Ministry offers this halad sayaw to Señor Santo Niño.

Through every step, every rhythm, and every movement, we lift our prayers of thanksgiving, faith, and devotion. This dance is not just a performance, but an offering of love — a reflection of our trust in the guidance, protection, and endless grace of the Holy Child.

As the youth of the parish, we dedicate our talents and energies to glorify God and honor Señor Santo Niño, believing that in serving Him, we grow stronger in faith and unity as one community.

May this halad sayaw inspire hearts, strengthen devotion, and remind us all that true joy is found in praising the Lord with all that we are.

With grateful hearts, we give thanks to God for the successful and grace-filled arrival of Sr. Santo Niño de Cebu at St. Vincent de Paul Quasi Parish. This blessed occasion is a true testament to God’s love and mercy, and a moment of deep joy for our entire parish community.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who worked tirelessly for this celebration —our parish priest, parish officers, volunteers, devotees, benefactors, all ministries, organization and all the faithful who offered their time, service, and prayers. Your unity and dedication made this sacred arrival truly meaningful and memorable.

May the presence of Sr. Santo Niño continue to strengthen our faith, guide our parish, and inspire us to live with humility, love, and service. May He bless our community abundantly today and always.
