True Happiness Is Found Only in Jesus

There are only two ways to live our lives.

One ends in fruitfulness and the watchful care of God.

The other ends in emptiness and destruction.

❤️ The invitation of Psalm 1 is clear and urgent:

"Choose the way of the righteous. Delight in the law of the Lord. Plant your life by the streams of Living Water who is Jesus. And trust the One who watches over that path all the way home.

1️⃣ God Exposes The Wicked. (V.1-7)

👉 "When earthly authority frustrates us, remember that heavenly authority is still in control!"

2️⃣ No Nation Is Greater Than God (v8-13)

👉 We must never presume immunity from God's accountability simply because we are strong, successful or secure!

3️⃣ The End of Every Proud Kingdom. (v. 14-19)

👉 "Don't lose heart when powerful seem to prevail. God remains sovereign and human power has an expiration date!"
