🌧️☀️ Rain or shine, we had an awesome retreat! ⛺🙌✨

We shared an unforgettable time of fellowship, worship, and deep connection during our recent camping trip at Pinsoy Campsite. The weather couldn't dampen our spirits—if anything, it only made our time together more memorable! It was a powerful weekend of unplugging from the noise of the world to focus on what truly matters.

🏆 A Special Celebration: Amidst our beautiful time in nature, we also held our special campus recognition! We were so incredibly proud to award and honor our dedicated students for their hard work, growth, and commitment.

We were also privileged to have the Nayre couple join us and deliver such timely, grounding messages on "Practicing the Way":

📖 Sister April challenged us to fiercely prioritize our daily quiet time with God through Bible reading and prayer. She shared beautiful, practical ways to build a sustainable habit:

Setting a specific time and starting small ⏰

Creating variation to keep our time fresh 🌿

Removing distractions and being completely honest with God 🚪

🔥 Brother Elmer then walked us through the true heart of discipleship—a lifelong progression of:
1️⃣ Being with Jesus
2️⃣ Being like Jesus
3️⃣ Doing as He did

We left the campsite deeply challenged by two questions: Who are we following right now? And who are we allowing to be formed in us?

Beyond the deep spiritual pruning, it was also a joy to see our brothers equipped during a practical Preaching 101 session, learning how to better handle and preach the Word from the podium. 🎤📖

We are coming down from the mountain refreshed, unified, and ready to fulfill the call to make disciples of all nations! 🌍❤️

Women’s Month Celebration Sunday Worship for Women

Crowned with Strength and Purpose: Called to THRIVE by Ingrid Macabare
1. A Woman of Strength: Thriving Through God's Power
2. A Woman of Dignity: Thriving in Identity
3. A Woman with Purpose: Thriving in Calling

Thriving truly begins when surrender happens. When we release our worries, our fears, and our need for control into God's capable hands, we create space
for His power to work in our lives. This surrender isn't weakness; it's the ultimate act of strength and trust, allowing Him to transform our struggles into
triumphs and our anxieties into peace. Embrace this moment of reflection and invite God to guide your steps toward deeper surrender and flourishing.

God doesn't just "accept" those who return; He and all of heaven actively celebrate their return.

Luke 15:10 (NIV)
"In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

Today, we witnessed that joy firsthand as Ricky Ubas Sisiban was baptized. We thank Sister Ingrid Macabare for being the light that led a coworker from ENRO Environment and Natural Resources Office toward the Truth. To see Ricky move from darkness into this moment of grace—supported by a surprise visit from his loving family—is a testament to God's timing. Congratulations, Brother Ricky!

🍳 Faith, Flavors, and Forever: Our Married’s Cooking Challenge! 🥘
What a day of nourishment for both the soul and the stomach! We started our gathering with a powerful reminder from Jaypee about God’s love for worship, setting the perfect tone for a day of fellowship.

Then, the heat was turned up in the kitchen! Our couples took on the Married’s Cooking Challenge, where they didn’t just prep ingredients—they shared the "secret sauce" to their lasting relationships. Each dish represented a unique ingredient of a strong marriage:

🐟 Sweet and Sour Fish (Cainson) – Balancing the highs and lows.

🥩 Pork Steak (Reyes) – Savory strength through the years.

🍝 Spaghetti (Saygbe) – Keeping lives beautifully intertwined.

🥥 Ginataang Isda (Hoyumpa) – For a rich and warm partnership.

🍲 Sinigang na Bangus (Singzon) – Comforting love that weathers any season.

🥭 Mango Pandan Tapioca (Macabare) – The sweetness that keeps it all together!

🏆 Congratulations to the Macabare couple for taking home the top prize! Your dish (and your story) truly inspired us all.

🎂 We also took a moment to shower our February birthday celebrants with love and blessings, and gave a warm send-off to Jerry as he travels back to Liberia.

Before our Nature-filled Sunday Worship Service, the disciples of ICOC Ormoc came together for a Tree Growing Maintenance Activity—nurturing the trees we planted and stewarding the environment God has entrusted to us.

Grateful for hearts willing to serve, protect, and grow—both in faith and in creation. 🌿

“The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.” (Genesis 2:15)

Today's sermunion is about 1 Timothy 4:7-8,
[7] I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. [8] Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
