429 years. That's how long our parish has been the heart of our city. Long before Ormoc became the city we know today, our ancestors were already gathering under the patronage of Saints Peter and Paul to pray, celebrate, and hold on to their faith through floods, wars, and everything in between. That faith was passed down to our lolas and lolos, to our parents, and now to us.

Today, we celebrate a legacy that is deeply Ormocanon, rooted in faith. As we light candles, join the Mass, and share meals with family and neighbors, let's remember what Peter and Paul stood for. They were ordinary people who said yes to something greater than themselves. We are their children in faith.
