A constant, quiet presence in our congregation, Sister Alice faithfully served her Savior until the day He called her home.

While our hearts grieve her loss, we rejoice knowing she is now resting in the presence of the Lord she loved so dearly.

Three essentials to become equipped disciple makers

I. Discover Your God-Given Gifts (v.11)

Jesus Christ equips His church through gifted people.

Every believer has been given a gift and a role in God's kingdom

II. Dedicate Your Gifts to God's Purposes (v12)

3 purpose why Jesus Christ gives gifter people to His church.

1. for the equipping of the saints.
2. for the work of service.
3. to the building up of the body of Christ.

The entire church is to be intentionally involved in the work of the Lord.

A healthy church is not one where a few people serve while everyone watches.

To all believers, be humble and available to be discipled and mentored.

III. Depend on Gor for the results (vv.13-16)

Every believer must faithfully do his/her part, but the ultimate growth and maturity of the church come from Christ and through Christ.

The ministries we serve belongs to Christ.
Be faithful in your calling, no matter the season.

Faithful
Accountable
Teachable
