A Caravan for Peace and Solidarity

In communion with ACN - Aid to the Church in Need Philippines, we invite all the faithful to join the 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶: 𝗔 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆.

As a sign of hope and unity, the Restored Image of Mary Help of Christians from Marawi will visit our parish for public veneration, calling us to pray for the continued healing of Marawi and for the rebuilding of the Marawi Pro-Cathedral, a sacred place of worship and a symbol of faith for our brothers and sisters in the Prelature of Marawi.

From 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟴–𝟭𝟯, Mass collections will be offered as a love offering to support the renovation and rebuilding of the Marawi Pro-Cathedral.
May our prayers, generosity, and solidarity become living signs of Christ's love. Together, let us help restore not only a church, but also hope, faith, and unity.

August 4 marks the Memorial of St. John Mary Vianney, the humble Patron Saint of Parish Priests, and is also celebrated as Priests' Day—a special occasion to thank God for the men He has called to shepherd His people.

Through our priests, we receive the Holy Eucharist, the Sacraments, God's Word, and countless moments of spiritual guidance. Their vocation is one of faithful service, often marked by quiet sacrifices, unwavering dedication, and a heart devoted to Christ and His Church.

Today, let us take a moment to express our gratitude to the priests who have touched our lives. A simple greeting, a heartfelt prayer, a word of encouragement, or even a small act of kindness can remind them that their ministry is deeply appreciated.

Let us also pray for more holy and faithful vocations to the priesthood, that many more may generously answer God's call.

The 𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 completes the grace of Baptism and strengthens us with the gifts of the Holy Spirit, empowering us to live our faith more fully and become courageous witnesses of Christ.

We warmly encourage all parishioners who have not yet received the Sacrament of Confirmation to take this opportunity to complete their Christian initiation and deepen their relationship with God and His Church.
