Sometimes, God sends people not just to visit, but to remind us that His church is one family. 🤍

Tonight’s evening service was extra special as pastors from ICMI Batangas visited us here at ICMI Orion. Grateful for the fellowship, shared worship, and the reminder that God moves powerfully when His people gather together. ✨

Sometimes, God asks us to step out of our comfort zone, let go of what’s familiar, and trust Him even when we don’t understand the process.

Today’s reminder: Delayed plans, closed doors, redirections, and sacrifices are never wasted in the hands of God.

May we have the courage to say: “Hineni, Lord. Here I am. Send me.”

Not because we feel fully qualified, but because we know the One who called us will also sustain us.

God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called.

As this month continues, may we remember that God is present in every season — in the waiting, the growth, the quiet moments, and the breakthroughs. No matter how May has been treating you lately, His grace is still enough and His plans remain good.

April became a testament of God’s faithfulness—one Sunday at a time, He met us exactly where we were and led us deeper into who He’s calling us to be.

From the first Sunday to the last, we came with expectant hearts and left with lives being transformed. Through every worship, every word, and every moment in His presence, God reminded us that growth doesn’t always look loud—it often happens in the unseen, in the stretching, in the waiting.

We learned what it means to lead, to serve, and to love like Christ. We were challenged, refined, and called higher—not just for ourselves, but for the people around us. Because real leadership is not about standing above, but pouring into others.

As we close April, we don’t just carry memories—we carry purpose. And as we step into a new month, we move forward with stronger faith, deeper conviction, and hearts ready to multiply what God has started in us.

April was only the beginning. ✨

Holy Week Retreat 2026 - Day 2 ❤️

Day 2 wasn’t just a continuation—it was a turning point.

From praise and worship to moments of stillness, God met us in ways that words can barely capture. We didn’t just learn about leadership—we experienced it in its purest form.

We were reminded that leadership is not about titles, but about example. Not about being served, but about serving. Through every lecture, we were challenged to empower, to model, and to develop—not just leaders for today, but leaders for the generations to come.
And then came the moments that truly marked our hearts.

In the act of foot washing, pride was set aside, and humility took its place. It was a powerful reminder that the greatest leaders are those who are willing to kneel.

In the anointing, we were reminded that this calling is not ours alone to carry—God equips, God appoints, and God sustains.

Day 2 showed us that leadership is not just something we do—it’s who we are becoming.
And as we step out of this retreat, one thing is clear: We are called not just to lead, but to raise leaders who will raise even more.

This is how the mission continues. 🔥

Our Holy Week Retreat Day 1 wasn’t just about learning—it was about unlearning, growing, and allowing God to shape the kind of leaders we are becoming. In a world that often defines leadership by position, we were reminded that true leadership begins in the heart—through service, humility, and the willingness to raise others up.

“Developing leaders around you” isn’t just a theme—it’s a calling. It’s choosing to see potential in people even before they see it in themselves. It’s pouring into others, guiding them, walking with them, and sometimes simply being present.

Day 1 was filled with moments that challenged us, stretched us, and grounded us back to our purpose. And if there’s one thing we’re taking with us, it’s this: we are not just called to lead—we are called to multiply.
