This year's theme โLiving in Christ, Renewed by Mercy: A Jubilee of Hearts United in Faith, Truth, and Communionโ invites young people and the faithful to deepen their relationship with Christ, who is the source of hope, love, and grace. As we celebrate this Jubilee Year of the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro, we are reminded of God's infinite mercy that transforms hearts, strengthens faith, and calls us to live according to His truth. Through Christ, we receive the grace to grow spiritually and become witnesses of His love in our families, communities, and the church.
This theme also emphasizes the importance of unity among young people. Rooted in faith, guided by truth, and strengthened through communion with God and one another, we are called to journey together as one Church. In a world often marked by division and uncertainty, the Jubilee inspires us to build relationships founded on understanding, compassion, and mutual respect, reflecting Christโs presence in our daily lives.
Finally, the theme encourages the young people to embrace the mercy of God, renew their commitment to Christian discipleship, and become instruments of peace and evangelization. As hearts united in faith, truth, and communion, we are empowered to live out our mission with courage and joy, bringing the light of Christ to others and helping build a more loving and Christ-centered community.
