CFC Singles for Christ Zambales Every Single Man and Woman All Over the World Experiencing Christ. CFC Singles for Christ (SFC) is one of the family ministries of Couples for Christ (CFC).

It was founded to cater to the needs of single men and women from 21 to 40 years of age. “Single” refers to anyone within that age group who is free from any legal impediments to marriage. The pastoral care offered by the ministry, though, is not limited to those who are called for marriage, but includes as well those who may be considering either single blessedness or religious vocation as a state of life.

For this mission, look around and offer a drink to someone who spends their day working outdoors - a street vendor, delivery rider, construction worker, tricycle driver, or anyone you encounter along the way.

It may seem like a small gesture, but it can be a meaningful way to let someone know they are seen and appreciated. 🤍

Sometimes, we simply need to be still.

Make time to spend at least an hour in the Adoration Chapel. Set aside the noise, the busy days, and the things on your mind, and simply be present with Jesus.

No need for many words. Just come, stay, and let Him meet you where you are. 🤍
