The International Reformed Theological Seminary (IRTS) has established schools in several countries world-wide through the efforts of Dr. Paul (Oh Yoon) Kwon together with Dr. Yeu-Hwan Kim, a theologian, minister and president of Chongshin Theological Seminary, with about 20 pastors who joined together for world evangelism. IRTS offers students to go to Korea and the United States to study Theolog

y and work as pastors in the Philippines. The IRTS is committed on commissioning Christian Leaders around the world, trained on reformed theology based on John Calvin's understanding of the Holy Scriptures. It aims to establish Presbyterian churches by theologians and pastors trained by qualified reformed theology professors. We established the IRTS in Subic Bay area, Philippines in S.Y. 2012, having appointed Dr. In-Chan Chung(PhD), a graduate school 2nd President of Baekseok University, in stead of 1st President Dr. Yeu-Hwan Kim(PhD), as president in IRTS Philippines.
