✨🙏 Culminating Activity of the Month of the Altar Servers & Rite of Admission to Aspirancy (Batch 2025) 🙏✨

This afternoon, August 31, 2025, the Ministry of Altar Servers joyfully celebrated the Rite of Admission to Aspirancy at 3:00 PM and the Thanksgiving Mass at 4:00 PM, presided by our Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Roque C. Villanueva.

In his homily, Fr. Roque reminded the new aspirants that the call to be an Altar Server is a call to humble service, echoing the words of today’s Gospel (Luke 14:1, 7-14):

> “For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”

As they begin their journey, may Batch 2025 embrace humility in serving the Lord and His altar, finding true greatness in selfless service and love. ✝️

Kusina ni San Jose

Last August 24, 2025, our ministry joyfully shared lugaw with our parishioners through the Kusina ni San Jose — a simple gesture of love, service, and care for the hungry and for our community. 💛🍲

May this act of sharing remind us that even in small ways, we can bring the hope and compassion of Christ to one another.

Thanks to our elders from Kilusang Ilaw and Ushers Ministry in assisting our sponsorship.

General Assembly & Orientation for Aspirants

On August 23, 2024, the St. Joseph Parish Ministry of Altar Servers gathered at the PPC Hall for the General Assembly and Orientation of Candidates for Aspirancy.

This milestone marks the beginning of the journey of young men and women who responded to God’s call to serve at His altar with faith, humility, and dedication.

Let us accompany them with our prayers as they prepare their hearts and commit themselves to the ministry of service to God and His Church. 💛

Last August 02, 2025, the Ministry of Altar Servers of St. Joseph Parish joyfully celebrated the Renewal and Commissioning of its members as part of the Month of the Altar Servers. With hearts burning with devotion and hands ready to serve, our young faithful recommitted themselves to the sacred call of assisting at the Lord’s altar.

Like St. Tarcisius, their patron, may they continue to be courageous witnesses of faith and humble servants of the Church. 💒✨
