This latest semester in SRM Kabacan was never easy for us. We went through unexpected trials, shocking situations, and moments that tested our faith and strength as leaders. Many things happened suddenly, and there were times when we felt overwhelmed by the weight of responsibility. As a growing campus ministry in one of the biggest campuses in Mindanao, most of us were still learning how to lead, serve, and stand firm in the calling God entrusted to us. But in the middle of every challenge, we witnessed how faithful God truly is.
When the Leaders Camp came, it became more than just an event for us. It became a testimony. It was the moment where new leaders began to arise, and where God started shaping us into stronger vessels for His ministry. Looking back, we realized that every struggle we faced was preparing us for something greater. The camp became our starting point โ the place where God taught us how to become โfireproofโ in the middle of trials and pressures.
One of the greatest revelations God gave us during this season was the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Just like them, we also faced our own โfiery furnace.โ There were fears, pressures, uncertainties, and moments when standing firm seemed difficult. But just like in their story, we learned that we were never alone in the fire. The โFourth Manโ was with us. God walked with us through every hardship, giving us strength, courage, and peace even in the middle of the flames.
And just as King Nebuchadnezzar witnessed the power of the Fourth Man in the fire, we also desire for this campus to see the light of God through this ministry. This Leaders Camp reminded us that SRM Kabacan stands together with the Fourth Man, and because of Him, we can overcome every trial. We may go through the fire, but we will not be destroyed by it. Instead, God is using every challenge to strengthen us, unite us, and prepare us to shine brighter for His glory.
This testimony will always remind us that no matter how difficult the season becomes, God remains faithful. And with Him beside us, we will continue to stand, lead, and become fireproof for His purpose. ๐ฅ
