MORNING PRAYER l September 28, 2026

Dear God,
Help me to have spiritual discernment today. Open my eyes to see what You see and give me wisdom to recognize what truly matters. Set my mind on things above and not on the temporary things of this world. โ€œSet your minds on things above, not on earthly things.โ€ (Colossians 3:2)

Help me to notice those who are hurting and to walk with the awareness that comes from Your Spirit. Give me discernment in every conversation, every decision, and every opportunity to love others well. Let my heart stay sensitive to Your leading so I can faithfully join You in what You are doing today. In Jesusโ€™ Name, Amen.

MORNING PRAYER l September 21, 2026

Dear God,
Help me to walk in freedom from fear in every area of my life today. When anxiety, worry, or uncertainty try to take hold, remind me that You are greater than anything I face. Fill my heart with courage and peace that comes from trusting in You. โ€œFor God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and self-control.โ€ (2 Timothy 1:7)

Help me to stand firm in faith and not be controlled by fear of the future, fear of failure, or fear of what others think. Let Your presence strengthen me and remind me that I am safe in Your hands. Today I choose faith over fear and trust over worry. In Jesusโ€™ Name, Amen.

The Membership Consolidation Program (MCP) continues in 2026 as one of the programs of the Diocese aimed at educating, strengthening, and deepening the commitment of church members.

Through MCP, the Diocese continues to reach out to its members, strengthen their understanding of the faith, promote active participation in the life and mission of the Church, and foster a stronger sense of belonging and responsibility within the Christian community.

The program serves as a continuing effort to build a more informed, committed, united, and mission-oriented membership, ensuring that every member is encouraged to grow in faith and actively contribute to the ministry and mission of the Diocese.

The ministry of Deacons is a ministry of service, faith, and commitment. Deacons play an important role in supporting the Church, assisting the clergy, serving the congregation, and responding to the needs of the community. More than a ministry, the diaconate is a calling to serve God and His people with humility, dedication, and love.

The Diocese of Odiongan is blessed with 18 Perpetual Deacons and 2 Transitional Deacons, making a total of 20 Deacons serving the Church.

Their presence is a testament to the Dioceseโ€™s commitment to developing a ministry grounded in faith, service, and servant leadership. Through their dedication, the Deacons assist in the life and mission of the Church, support the clergy, serve the faithful, and extend the Churchโ€™s ministry to the wider community.

As part of the Dioceseโ€™s commitment to strengthening the ministry, the Annual Deacon Summit is conducted as a regular gathering of Deacons for study, reflection, fellowship, and spiritual formation.

The Summit provides an opportunity for Deacons to deepen their understanding of their vocation, reflect on their experiences in ministry, discuss challenges and opportunities, and renew their commitment to serving God and His people.

Diyosesis ng Odiongan: Tinatawag na Maglayag, Hinubog na Maglingkod, Itinalaga sa Misyon

Noong Setyembre 14โ€“15, 2026, nagtipon ang mga kaparian ng Diyosesis ng Odiongan sa pangunguna ng ating butihing pastol, Bishop Ronelio V. Fabriquier, para sa isang makabuluhang panahon ng pagkakaisa, pagninilay, pagpaplano, at paghahanda para sa mas malawak na misyon ng Simbahan.

Sa pagtitipong ito, sama-samang tinalakay ang mga programa at gawain ng Diyosesis, naglatag ng mga bagong plano para sa mas malawak na paglilingkod, at naglaan ng panahon sa pag-aaral at paghuhubog upang maging higit na epektibo, makabuluhan, at tapat ang paglilingkod sa sambayanan ng Diyos.

Sa kasalukuyan, patuloy ang paglalayag ng Diyosesis ng Odiongan. Sa bawat bagong misyon na binubuksan, sa bawat pamayanang inaabot, at sa bawat programang isinasagawa at patuloy pang ilulunsad, mas lumalawak ang ating pagtugon sa tawag ni Kristo na maglingkod at maging saksi ng Mabuting Balita.

Sa gabay ng ating kaparian at sa pagkakaisa ng buong sambayanan, patuloy nating isinusulong ang isang Simbahang buhay, naglilingkod, at laging handang maglayag kung saan tayo tinatawag ng Panginoon.

MORNING PRAYER l September 14, 2026

Dear God,
Help me to walk in obedience today. When temptation comes my way, remind me of Your sacrifice, Lord Jesus, and of Your perfect obedience to the Father. Strengthen me to choose what is right, even when it is difficult or uncomfortable. โ€œTherefore be imitators of God, as dearly loved children.โ€ (Ephesians 5:1)

Help me to imitate You in the way I think, speak, and live. Shape my heart to desire holiness and to walk in love, humility, patience, and truth. When I am weak, give me strength to resist temptation and follow Your ways above my own. Let my life reflect Your character in every decision I make today.
In Jesusโ€™ Name, Amen.

MGA KAGANAPAN SA DIYOSESIS - SECTORAL DIOCESAN LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND SEMINAR 2206

Sabayang isinasagawa ng YIFI at WOPIC ng ating Diyosesis ang kanilang mga Diocesan Leadership Training.

Ang YIFI ay nagsasagawa ng Diocesan Leadership Training sa Parokya ng Banal na Sanggol sa Sta. Maria, Romblon, habang ang WOPIC naman ay nagsasagawa ng kanilang Diocesan Leadership Training sa Epiphany School of Peace and Goodwill.

Ang paglago at patuloy na pagsulong ng ating Simbahan ay nakasalalay sa mga lider na hinuhubog, hinahasa, at inihahanda upang maging tapat at mahusay na tagapaglingkod.
Sa bawat pagsasanay, nabubuo ang mga lider na may pusong maglingkod, pananampalatayang matatag, at pananagutang mag-akay sa iba tungo sa mas makabuluhang paglilingkod sa Diyos at sa kapwa.
