Hindi madali ang buhay sa dagat. Maraming pagsubok, lungkot, pagod, at panganib na hinaharap araw-araw. Ngunit bilang isang Kristiyano, tinawag tayo ng Diyos upang manatiling ilaw saan man tayo dalhin ng ating paglalakbay.
Sa gitna ng malalaking alon at malayong paglalayag, ang Salita ng Diyos ang ating gabay, ang panalangin ang ating lakas, at si Cristo ang ating liwanag. Bilang mga marino, hindi lamang tayo nagtatrabaho para sa pamilya, kundi mayroon din tayong misyon na magbigay inspirasyon, magpakita ng kabutihan, at maging patotoo ng pag-ibig ng Diyos sa bawat tao na ating nakakasama.
Patuloy tayong magliwanag sa barko, sa tahanan, at sa ating komunidad.
Dahil ang tunay na liwanag ay hindi galing sa mundo kundi kay Jesus. ✨

All glory and honor belong to God for a blessed and successful fellowship this evening!

Good morning, brothers and sisters (Onboard Rotterdam).
Grace and peace to each one of you.

Tonight, we will gather not just out of routine, but out of a deep desire to be in God’s presence and in fellowship with one another. In a world that often feels busy, heavy, and uncertain, this fellowship is a reminder that we are never alone. God calls us together—to strengthen our faith, to encourage one another, and to grow in His Word.

This time of fellowship will be a safe place to listen, to reflect, and to be renewed. As we open our hearts, may we be reminded that God still speaks, God still moves, and God is always faithful.

We are blessed to have Brother Jimi Figueroa who will be sharing the Word of God with us. Let us prepare our hearts to receive the message the Lord has prepared, trusting that His Word will guide, correct, and uplift us.

As we come together tonight, let us set aside our worries, distractions, and burdens, and fix our eyes on Jesus. May this fellowship draw us closer to Him and to one another.

Let us prepare our hearts in prayer.

Christian Fellowship- M/S Rotterdam
(January 24, 2026) Saturday Night
Our Christian Fellowship this evening was successfully concluded, with the Word of God shared by Brother Jerry Dela Torre. His message was truly meaningful and a blessing to everyone who attended.

After the fellowship, the Christian Fellowship Onboard, led by Pastor Jake Ferdinand Moaje, gave special recognition and appreciation to Brother Jerry Dela Torre for his faithful service, especially as this marks his final week before his vacation.

We thank God for His guidance and blessings throughout the fellowship, and we look forward to more gatherings filled with His grace.

As we welcome the New Year 2026, we give thanks to God for His unfailing faithfulness throughout the past year. Through every voyage, challenge, and season at sea, the Lord has been our strength, refuge, and guide.

As Koinonia Seafarer’s Ministry, we pray that this New Year will be filled with renewed faith, strengthened fellowship, and steadfast hope. May God grant you peace in every storm, wisdom in every decision, and courage to stand firm in your calling wherever you may be.

As a Pastor and a Seafarer, I have learned that mission work is not separate from our profession—it is part of our calling. A ship is not only a place of work, but also a mission field where God gives us daily opportunities to serve and to reflect His love.

Balancing the responsibilities of shipboard duties and ministry is not always easy. There are long hours, physical exhaustion, and times of loneliness away from family. Yet in the midst of these challenges, I have witnessed God’s faithfulness. Being effective in mission work is not measured by the size of the program or the amount of time we have, but by our faithfulness in small acts of obedience.

Onboard, our lives become the first sermon others read. When we work with integrity, show respect, and care for one another, people begin to see Christ in us. Simple acts—offering a prayer, sharing God’s Word, listening to a crewmate’s struggles—can become powerful tools for ministry.

I want to encourage everyone involved in our onboard ministry: you do not need to be a Pastor to be a missionary. God has called each of us to be His light wherever we are placed. Whether through our words, actions, or presence, we can bring hope and encouragement to those around us.

Let us continue serving with humility, faith, and love. When we do, our ship becomes a pulpit, our work becomes ministry, and our lives become a testimony of God’s grace.

Let us keep moving forward in mission, knowing that God is with us on every voyage.

By God’s grace, our Christian fellowship onboard was a blessed and meaningful gathering. We came together as one family in Christ to worship through songs, hear and share the Word of God, exchange gifts, and enjoy fellowship over food.

Every smile, every song, and every moment captured in this highlight reflects God’s love and faithfulness among us. Even while far from home, we were reminded that we are never far from God’s presence.

Thank you to everyone who joined and supported this fellowship. May these moments continue to encourage us to live out our faith and serve God wherever we are called—even onboard.

The Christian fellowship onboard the ship in Rotterdam was successfully concluded by the grace of God. The gathering was filled with joy, unity, and thanksgiving as everyone came together to share meaningful moments of faith and fellowship.

The program began with singing of worship and Christmas songs, where voices were lifted in praise and gratitude to God. The atmosphere was filled with God’s presence as each song encouraged and uplifted the hearts of those who attended.

This was followed by the sharing of the Word of God, which reminded everyone of God’s love, faithfulness, and the true meaning of Christian fellowship. The message strengthened our faith and encouraged us to continue trusting God in our daily lives and ministry onboard.

An exchange of gifts added joy and excitement to the fellowship, reflecting the spirit of love, generosity, and unity among the participants. Laughter and smiles were shared as simple gifts became meaningful expressions of care and appreciation for one another.

The fellowship continued with sharing of food, where everyone enjoyed a time of fellowship, conversation, and laughter. This moment allowed deeper connections and strengthened the bond among the crew as brothers and sisters in Christ.

The Christian fellowship concluded with grateful hearts, giving thanks to God for His guidance and blessings. This gathering served as a reminder that even while onboard and far from home, we remain united in faith and love through Christ.
