The parish marked its 272nd founding anniversary on April 29, 2026 with the blessing of a newly commissioned replica image of Our Lady of Salambao and the newly constructed aedicule of our patron saints at the church patio. The Holy Mass was presided over by Father Proceso Espiritu and Father Juvenson Alarcon.

Obando Church was originally a visita of Meycauayan until the canonical establishment of a parish by Franciscan missionaries on April 29, 1754.

Papuri sa Diyos! On April 29, Memorial of Saint Catherine of Siena, we will mark the 272𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡.

The Holy Mass will be offered at 6:00AM, to be followed by the blessing of the newly commissioned replica image of Our Lady of Salambao and the newly constructed Aedicule of Three Saints.

Simba-Aralan - Diyosesis ng Malolos, the summer catechetical program this May, was formally launched on April 26, 2026. The Holy Mass was presided over by Father Juvenson Alarcon.

Enrollment is still ongoing for Simba-Aralan for ages 7 to 12 years old. Kindly get in touch with members of our Commission on Evangelization or the Parish Office for more details. Classes will begin on May 1.
