Our Mental Health Symposium served as a meaningful space where participants were encouraged to share their thoughts, express their emotions, and learn.

Led by John Ian Pitallar, the session provided valuable insights on mental health and practical ways to support and aid individuals who may be struggling emotionally or mentally.

Beyond learning, the event also fostered genuine connections among participants. By listening, sharing, and supporting one another, we created a community where every voice was valued and every feeling was acknowledged.

Together, we took a step toward breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting a culture of understanding, empathy, and support.
