God never designed His people to live a spectator life. The church was never meant to become a place where believers only watch

Grow. Serve. Help. Strengthen others too.
All For His Glory🙏🏻

Do not just sit and listen

Some people have mastered showing up, sitting down, hearing preaching, saying amen, and walking out unchanged.

Week after week they occupy a seat, but never carry a burden. They receive encouragement, but never strengthen anyone. They enjoy ministry, but never become part of it. They consume, but never contribute.

The church was never meant to become a place where believers only watch while a few do all the labor.

Ecclesiastes 9:10 kjv says,
"Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might..." God never designed His people to live a spectator life.

Romans 12:11 kjv says,
"Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord." Not lazy. Not passive. Not comfortable.

There are chairs to arrange. Children to teach. Visitors to welcome. People to encourage. Brothers to strengthen. Prayer meetings to attend. Souls to reach.

Hebrews 10:24 kjv says,
"And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works."

Do not only sit and listen.

Grow. Serve. Help. Strengthen others too.

Because one day, standing before God, excuses will sound very small beside a life that only watched while others worked.

Before we seek blessings, success, or the things this world offers, may we first seek God and His kingdom. When Jesus becomes our priority, everything else will fall into its proper place.
