YOU ARE THE FOCUS OF GOD'S LOVE

The Bible says, "Long before He laid down Earth's foundations, God had us in mind, had settled us as the focus of His love." (EPHESIANS 1:4 Message Bible). Before God even created the universe, He thought of you. In fact, the Bible says the entire universe was created simply so God could create the human race and love us. We are the focus of His love, unlike anything in creation. You were created to be loved by God.

When you let that profound truth sink into your soul, you will never again have problems with insecurity or low self-esteem. Because when you realize that God created you in order to love you, it will take away all those uncertain feelings.

In HOSEA 6:6, God says, "I don't want your sacrifices --- I want your love; I don't want your offerings --- I want you to know Me." (TLB) The most important thing you can know is that God created you to love you. And the most important thing you can do is to know and love Him back. That's your number one purpose in life.

The tradegy is that most people go through their entire life missing the purpose of it. They know all kinds of things: stock markets, business, sports, actors/actresses, foods and travel sites BUT they do not know God.

You may know about God, but do you know Him personally? Do you have a love and intimate relationship with God? If not, I encourage you to take that step today.

Embrace God's love for you. And love Him also and know Him intimately. Be blessed more abundantly!

PSALM 107:8-9 -- "Oh, that men would give thanks to the LORD for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men! For He satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness."

God's goodness certainly includes His infinitely generous attitude towards us. By His very nature, He longs to bring joy and blessing to all who love Him.

King David said, "Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever!" (1 Chronicles 16:34) To say that God is good means He will always act in accordance with what is right, true, and good. Goodness is part of God's nature and He cannot contradict His nature. Holiness and righteousness are also part of His nature, which means He cannot do anything unholy or unrighteous. God is the standard of all that is good.

With this in mind, I can boldly declare God's goodness in my life and in my home:

** I am surrounded on all sides by the goodness of God.
** I taste and see that the Lord is good.
** I know every good and perfect gift comes from above.
** I know the Lord is abounding in goodness towards me.
** I know the Lord has laid up goodness for me.
** I know that surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.
** And finally, I declare that you will experience the goodness of God in your life and in your home from this day forward!
