Bartimaeus knew exactly what he lacked.

And when Jesus stood before him,

he asked a question that was almost painfully simple:

โ€œ๐™’๐™๐™–๐™ฉ ๐™™๐™ค ๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ช ๐™ฌ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™ˆ๐™š ๐™ฉ๐™ค ๐™™๐™ค ๐™›๐™ค๐™ง ๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ช?โ€

Jesus knew Bartimaeus was blind.

So why ask?

Because there is a difference between having a need and being willing to bring that need honestly before Christ.

Maybe... ang issue dito is not that God does not see kung ano ang kailangan mo.

Ang issue talaga is that we keep looking everywhere else to satisfy what only He can fill.

The world keeps telling us, โ€œYou just need more.โ€

But the Gospel gives a different answer:

๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜‚๐˜€.

So kapag tinanong ka ni Jesus,

โ€œWhat do you want Me to do for you?โ€

Ano ang iyong magiging sagot?

Kung ano man iyon.

Bring it to Him.

Bring it to Jesus kapatid.

The storm may be over, but that does not mean the test is.

Noah survived one of the greatest storms in history. But his story did not end when the rain stopped.

After more than a year inside the ark, God did not simply bring Noah out. He gave him a fresh start, a new responsibility, and a new way to live.

โ€œBe fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth.โ€
~ Genesis 9:1

The greatest test is not always during the storm. It is how we live after the storm.

Will we remember the God who carried us through?

Or will comfort replace commitment?

Will we return to the same habits, choices, and life God rescued us from?

God does not just bring us out of the storm. He brings us into His purpose.

So the question is not only, โ€œDid you survive?โ€

The deeper question is, โ€œHow will you live now?โ€

Do not waste your second chance.

Live with gratitude.
Walk in obedience.
Move with purpose.

Never let your blessings erase your memory of Godโ€™s faithfulness.

What if the problem is not what they did to you but what you allowed to grow inside you because of it?

In Genesis 37:3โ€“4, Josephโ€™s brothers hated him because of his coat and his dreams.

Pero isipin mo...

Was the coat really the problem?

No.

The coat only exposed what was already in their hearts.

At kapag hinayaan mong tumira ang inggit sa puso mo, hindi lang ibang tao ang sisirain mo.

Sisirain mo din ang sarili mo.

That is why selfishness is self-destructive. Parang kandila na nauubos sa sarili nitong apoy.

This is the bigger question:

Can human hatred cancel the promise of God?

No.

Joseph was rejected, misunderstood, and opposed. Pero hindi ibig sabihin noon na iniwan siya ng Diyos.

Godโ€™s promise was still moving, even when Joseph could not see it.

Ganito rin minsan sa buhay natin.

You think the delay means God said no.

You think the rejection means you are forgotten.

You think the opposition means the promise is over.

But what people oppose cannot cancel what God has already promised.

The promise to Abraham continued through generations and was fulfilled through Jesus Christ.

So no, we are not marching toward victory.

We are marching with the Victor.

Kaya ang tanong ay hindi lang, โ€œWhat if they reject me?โ€

Ang mas mahalagang tanong:

Will I still trust God even when I cannot yet see where He is leading me?

Minsan hindi naman talaga natin hinihintay ang sagot ni God.
โ€‹
Hinihintay natin yung sagot na kung saan komportable tayo, yung hindi sisira sa routine natin, hindi tayo mapapahiya, at hindi tayo pipilitin na iwan yung version ng sarili natin na matagal na nating kinakapitan.
โ€‹
We say, โ€œLord, guide me,โ€ pero kapag malinaw na yung direction, biglang ang dami nating tanong.
โ€‹
โ€œPaano kung mag-fail ako?โ€
โ€‹
โ€œPaano kung hindi ako maintindihan?โ€
โ€‹
โ€œPaano kung mali ako?โ€
โ€‹
"Lord, ano na lang sasabihin nila?"
โ€‹
But think about it: kung kailangan mo munang makita lahat bago ka sumunod, faith pa ba โ€™yon, o control?
โ€‹
God is not asking you to pretend that you are fearless. He is asking you to decide kung sino ang mas pagkakatiwalaan mo: yung fear mo, o yung character Niya.
โ€‹
Maybe the real issue is not that God has been silent.
โ€‹
Maybe He already spoke, but the answer required more courage than you were willing to give.
โ€‹
