July 11, 2026. A day well spent with the Banilad Youth! ๐Ÿค

We gathered for a fellowship with a twistโ€”we watched the movie "๐—ช๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—บ." What started as a fun bonding session turned into a profound realization for all of us. As we took down notes and shared our insights, we realized that the battles we face in life are very real.

The movie reminded us that the enemyโ€™s purpose is to kill, steal, and destroy, but it also showed us the incredible, life-changing power of prayer for our families and loved ones.

One of the biggest takeaways? "๐™๐™๐™š ๐™ฅ๐™š๐™ง๐™จ๐™ค๐™ฃ ๐™ž๐™ฃ ๐™›๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™ค๐™› ๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ช ๐™ž๐™จ ๐™ฃ๐™ค๐™ฉ ๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ช๐™ง ๐™ง๐™š๐™–๐™ก ๐™š๐™ฃ๐™š๐™ข๐™ฎ." Itโ€™s often our own pride, emotions, and feelingsโ€”the heart which can be so deceitful.

We laughed, we shed tears, and we left with our hearts full of hope. We learned that going through a battle is a sign that you don't have to do it alone. God is always waiting for you to ask, to pray, and to trust Him with your life, your plans, and your family.

Letโ€™s surrender everything to the Lord and let Him take over. ๐Ÿ™โœจ

We truly felt the Holy Spiritโ€™s presence among us throughout the day. Our hearts were left overflowing with His peace, joy, and love. It was a beautiful reminder that when we align our hearts with His, everything changes.

Thank you, Lord, for all that You have done and all that You are doing within GFGM.

Beyond the music and the ministry, this symposium taught us the heartbeat of the church: ๐—จ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜๐˜†.๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

We learned the beauty of surrendering our burdens, pains, and hurts to the Lord. We were reminded to cultivate a spirit of sensitivity and care for one another, to honor our pastors and leaders, and to truly value our church family.

As we strive to work, serve, and love as one, we pray for a shared spirit and a unified heartโ€”putting others before ourselves just as Christ did. Because when we are united, our service to the Lord becomes even more powerful.

It was a time of deep reflectionโ€”challenging us to examine our motives and ensure our worship is a genuine offering of our best, rather than just a performance.

Thank you to our incredible leaders and volunteer servants whose dedication to teaching has empowered our members to serve the Lord with renewed passion.
