When we stay close to the Word, we stay close to the source of life, hope, and renewal. Through the Living Word of God, weary hearts are refreshed, dead places are revived, and our minds are made new again.

As children of God, we now carry the scent of the Living Water within us—the scent of Christ, eternal life, and living hope. And because we carry His hope, we can also become vessels of hope to our families, friends, church, and this world. 🌱

“But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.” — John 4:14 NLT

“At the scent of water it will bud and bring forth branches like a plant.” — Job 14:9 NKJV

Some seasons leave us spiritually dry without us even noticing. We get tired, distracted, distant, and slowly lose the things that once kept us growing.

But dry doesn’t mean dead.

God still restores what stays connected to Him. His correction is not meant to condemn us, but to heal us, cleanse us, and bring life back to the places that felt empty.

Just like a tree needs water to grow again, our souls need His presence to be restored.

“Where the river flows, everything will live.” — Ezekiel 47:9

We are so grateful for your life and for the way you lead us with such grace, wisdom, and a heart that truly seeks God. Your encouragement, faith, and genuine care for people have been such a blessing to many of us. Thank you for being a leader who not only guides, but also inspires us to grow deeper in our walk with Christ.

There are seasons in life where we feel dry, tired, and worn down. Sometimes we may even feel like there is nothing left in us. But just like the tree in Job 14, there is still hope when it stays near the water.

God’s Word is our living water. It refreshes the soul, strengthens the weary, and brings life back to what feels empty inside us. The world cannot sustain our spirit, but His presence and His Word can.

No matter how broken, weak, or exhausted we may feel, staying close to God will always cause new life to grow again. Remain rooted in Him. Stay close to the water. 💧📖

If we need water daily to live, how much more do we need the living Word of God in our lives? 🌿

Just like a tree that may look dry, weak, or cut down, there is still hope when it stays near the water. In the same way, when we remain connected to God’s Word, He renews our strength, restores our spirit, and causes us to grow again.

The water is the WORD. 💧📖
Stay close to His presence. Stay rooted in His truth.

Living for Christ is not a one-time moment. It is a daily surrender. A daily decision to choose Him, trust Him, and follow Him — even when it’s hard.

And little by little, God changes you from the inside out. Like a tree planted by the riverbank, you begin to grow differently. Stronger. Healthier. Fuller of life. Bearing fruit in every season.

Your old life may be fading away — but this is not the end. This is where new life begins.

Each day is an invitation to leave the old self behind and step into the new life He gives. This separation is not just about turning away from the past, but about being continually renewed—by His grace, led by His Spirit, and shaped by His Word. We are no longer defined by who we were yesterday, but by what God is doing in us today.

Galatians 2:20 (ESV)
“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me…”

Living with Christ at the center is a daily surrender. It is a constant choice to follow His lead above our own. And as we remain in Him, our lives begin to reflect His life in us—bringing deeper peace, clearer purpose, and lasting joy that only comes from a life made new in Christ.
