1. Re-digging the Wells: Returning to What Matters
V.18
Growth doesn't start with something new- it starts with going back:
- back to prayer
- back to God's promises
- back to spiritual discipline

2. Conflict Over the Wells: Choosing Peace Over Strife
Gen.26:19-21

3. Room to Flourish: God makes Space
Gen.26:22
God knows how to make room for you .
-room in your career
-room in your relationship
-room in your calling

4.The Presence of God: the ultimate Blessing
Gen.26:23-24
You can have provision without peace-but when God is with you, you have everything.
-provision is good but presence is better.
-God doesn't just give Blessing- He give himself.

5. Worship, Witness, and Work
Gen.26:25

Isaac responce by:
-building an altar( worship)
-Calling on the name of the Lord (relationship)
-Pitching his Tent ( commitment)
-Digging another well (faithful work)

When God blesses you:
-Don't forget to Worship
-Stay rooted
-Keep working faithfully

“Before the Rain Came”

Genesis 2:5

“And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.” —
👉Genesis 2:5 describes a world before growth appeared.
👉The earth existed, but the fields were still empty. Seeds had potential, but nothing had blossomed yet.

Two things were missing:
1.rain from God
2.a man to work the ground.
👉God’s blessings often wait for God’s timing and man’s readiness.

1. Some Things Take Time to Grow

This reminds us that:

1.not every promise appears immediately,

2.not every prayer is answered overnight,

3.not every seed grows quickly.

👉Sometimes we become discouraged because we do not see results:
1.spiritual growth,

2.ministry success,

3.family restoration,

4.financial breakthrough.

Ecclesiastes Principle
There is “a time to plant” and “a time to harvest.”

Growth has seasons.

2. God Sends the Rain

👉the LORD God had not caused it to rain.”

🖌️in the Bible rain often symbolizes:

a.blessing

b.refreshing

C.favor

d.the Spirit of God.

👉Without rain, the ground stays dry.

👉Without God’s presence, human effort becomes empty.

📌You can have:
a.talent without anointing

b.activity without power

c.religion without life.

👉But when God sends rain, dead places begin to live again.

👉Some breakthroughs cannot be produced by effort alone.
They require heaven’s help.

3. Man Must Also Till the Ground

👉The second problem was:
“there was not a man to till the ground.”

👉God chose to involve humanity in His creation.

👉This teaches responsibility.

👉Many people want harvest without labor. No shortcut sa Ginoo.
👉But God blesses prepared ground.

➡️Noah built before the flood came.

➡️😨Joseph prepared before famine arrived.

➡️Farmers plow before rain falls.

➡️Faith does not remove responsibility.

💦If you are praying for opportunity:

a.prepare your character

b.develop your gifts

c.strengthen your discipline.

👉Do not wait for rain while neglecting the field.

4. God Often Prepares Us in Hidden Seasons

🖌️Genesis 2:5
Nothing dramatic is happening yet.

💦But heaven is preparing:

a.rain

b.gardens

c.purpose

c.humanity.

👉Some of God’s greatest work happens in unseen seasons.

Example!
1.Before David became king, he was a shepherd.
2.Before Moses led Israel, he lived in the wilderness.
3.Before Jesus preached publicly, He spent years in obscurity. (state of being unknown or unimportant)

👉Hidden seasons are not wasted seasons.

👉God develops roots before fruit.

5. Jesus Brings Life to Dry Ground

❤️Human hearts can become spiritually dry:

burdened by sin,

exhausted by life,

empty without hope.

👉But Christ brings living water.

💦Where Jesus is present:
📍barren hearts bloom,
📍dead faith revives,
📍and new life begins.

👉The same God who watered Eden can refresh your soul today.

Genesis 2:5 teaches us:
💕wait on God’s timing,
💕depend on God’s rain,
💕prepare your ground,
💕trust hidden seasons.

👉Just because nothing is growing yet does not mean God is absent.

The rain is coming.
The seed is still alive.
And God is still working beneath the surface.

* PRESENCE 🫴 The connection between you and God. [1]

👉 3 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS WE NEED TO CONNECT:
* MONEY 🫴 72%
* EDUCATION 🫴 92%
* ATTITUDE 🫴 100%

👉 LET US STRENGTHEN OUR CONNECTION WITH GOD.
* HOW? 🫴 Find the "full bars" of the signal.

👉 LET OUR SENSES GROW:
* EYES: Use them to read the Bible and for personal devotion.
* NOSE: For the "scent" of excitement in faith.
* EARS: Use them to hear information about God (Sunday Service, Cell Group).
* TONGUE: To spread God’s Word.
* HANDS: Shaking hands as a way to invite others.

👉 If your connection fails and your message is "pending," your obedience to God will also fail.
👉 Don't stay in the "out of coverage" area; stay where the signal is strongest.

Father, in the name of Jesus. We stand in the place of agreement, and we refuse to speak what we see, we speak what You have said.

You are not confused about his condition.
You are not intimidated by diagnosis.
You are not limited by time, process, or prognosis.

So we step into alignment with Heaven,
and we declare:
This body will answer to its Creator.
Every system inside Bishop Herley
hear the voice of the Lord.

Blood circulate with strength again.
Pressure rise and stabilize under divine command.
Heart find your rhythm in the beat of Heaven.

We do not ask the heart to try,
we command it to respond.

Organs that have slowed
we speak awakening.
Organs that have weakened
we speak strength.
Organs that have struggled
we speak restoration.

Let there be a divine interruption
in the natural process of decline.

Lord, override every negative report.
Interrupt every pattern that leads to deterioration.
Rewrite what doctors cannot explain.

We declare:
what is failing will begin to function,
what is weak will become strong,
what is unstable will become steady.

Every fluid in his lungs
we command you: leave.
Not tomorrow, now.
Not partially, completely.

We call for clear breath,
deep breath,
restored breath.

And over dialysis, we declare grace.
No delay, no complication, no resistance.
Let his body cooperate with every step of recovery.

But Father, we are not just asking for healing,
we are calling forth a divine reversal.

Let this moment become a line in history:
“Here is where God stepped in.”

Because this man did not spend his life building his own name,
he spent it building Yours.

So now, let Heaven respond.

Not out of obligation,
but out of covenant.

Not out of emotion,
but out of righteousness.

We silence fear in the atmosphere.
We break agreement with death.
We cancel every assignment of the enemy.

And we declare boldly:
He will not be taken in this season.
He will not be silenced in this hour.
He will not be finished in this chapter.

There is still oil on his life.
There are still words in his mouth.
There are still people tied to his obedience.

So we call him back,
not just to life,
but to strength, clarity, and purpose.

And Lord, when he rises,
Let it carry weight.
Let it carry evidence.
Let it shake the faith of those who doubted
and strengthen the faith of those who believed.

Be the peace of Mama Nelly.
Be the strength in her waiting.
Be the presence that fills every silent moment in that hospital room.

And over everything, we declare:
You are still God.
You are still healer.
You are still able.

We seal this in faith,
not hoping… but expecting.

In the name of Jesus,
Amen.
