𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Leadership Training - Afternoon Session

The afternoon session was filled with meaningful planning and heartfelt conversations as the newly elected officers worked together in preparing activities for the coming months. Outgoing officers also had a one-on-one talk with their respective incoming officers, sharing valuable experiences, guidance, and encouragement as they passed on the responsibility of leadership. The session concluded with an awarding ceremony and lively animations, celebrating the dedication of our outgoing leaders while joyfully welcoming the new set of servants called to lead.

The formation continued with an enriching session led by Ate Feby, who shared meaningful reflections and practical insights on leadership, teamwork, and faithful service. Her talk challenged our newly elected officers to lead not only with competence, but also with compassion, commitment, and a Christ-centered heart.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Leadership Training - Talk 1

The day continued with an inspiring talk by Ate Leah, who shared valuable insights on leadership, service, and the responsibilities of being called to lead. Through her words and experiences, our newly elected officers were encouraged to embrace servant leadership with humility, integrity, and a heart that always seeks God's will.

May the lessons shared remind us that true leadership is not about position, but about faithfully serving others with love and purpose.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Leadership Training - Eucharistic Celebration

The second day of our Leadership Training began with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, where we entrusted our hearts, our mission, and our newly elected leaders to the Lord. Nourished by His Word and Body, we were reminded that true leadership is rooted in faith, humility, and a willingness to serve others.

May the grace we received through the Eucharist continue to guide us as we strive to become faithful and Christ-centered servant leaders for our Parish Youth Ministry.

“𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙬 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙣” - 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒘 22:14

Last July 17-18, 2026, the Parish Youth Ministry, led by its outgoing officers, conducted a Leadership Training for our newly elected officers. This training helps prepare and inspire our new leaders as they prepare to continue the mission of serving God, the church, and the youth.

The first night of our Leadership Training began with lively animations, meaningful fellowship, and the presentation of the Parish Youth Ministry's organizational structure. More than just getting to know one another, it was a time to build connections, strengthen unity, and introduce the roles and responsibilities that will guide our newly elected officers in their journey of servant leadership.

As we open this new chapter together, we pray for open hearts, willing hands, and the wisdom to lead with faith, humility, and love.

"𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀."✨

The Parish Youth Ministry successfully gathered youth for a meditative Taizé Prayer service held at the St. Ezekiel Moreno, Catechetical Center this July 11, 2026.

The 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘇é, centered on spiritual renewal and communal solidarity, provided participants with a dedicated space for reflection. Deviating from high-energy gatherings, the service utilized traditional repetitive chants, soft candlelight, and extended periods of sacred silence to foster an environment of deep contemplation.

It is an initiative to address the growing need for spiritual and mental rest among the youth amidst their demanding academic and personal schedules. The evening concluded with a communal lighting of candles, symbolizing shared hope and a commitment to service within the community.

May the light of the candles we lit remind us that no matter how dark the road ahead might seem, His love will always guide our path.

As the day came to an end, everyone left with joyful memories, strengthened friendships, and a renewed sense of unity as one Parish Youth Ministry family.

The fun continued as participants took part in a series of exciting games designed to promote teamwork, communication, and trust.

Filled with laughter, friendly competition, and unforgettable moments, each activity encouraged everyone to work together, support one another, and strengthen the bonds of friendship within the youth community.

More than just games, these activities became opportunities to learn valuable lessons about unity, cooperation, and the joy of journeying together as one family in Christ.
