Sports Camp 2025
December 21-23, 2025
"Godliness in Competition"

This year’s Sports Camp was truly a blessing from the Lord—a time filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable memories. After two long years, finally being able to attend camp in Malatgao, and experiencing our very first sports camp, we are in awe of God’s perfect timing. Every moment reminded us that He is faithful, that He sees our hearts, and that He guides our steps in every season of our lives.

All glory and honor belong to God, because without Him, none of this would have been possible. He used different people to open doors for us, to provide for our needs, and to remind us that His love is ever-present.

We are deeply grateful to Pastor Lemuel and Ma’am Oding for allowing the Young People to attend, for supporting us, and for providing guidance every step of the way.

To Ma’am Leah, our guardian at camp—thank you for your care, your prayers, your delicious meals, and for being our biggest cheerleader. Your presence reminded us of God’s love in action.

To Sir/Tito Ronald Pronto, thank you for being our safe passage to and from the camp. Your service reflected God’s heart of love and care for His children.

A special thank you to Pastor Jesryl Capindo and the Sandoval family for adopting us during our stay, for opening your hearts, cottage, and dining hall to us. The bond we shared with you made the camp even more special. Truly, in your kindness, we saw God’s family and His love manifested.

We also lift our heartfelt gratitude to the parents of the Young People of Malinao FBC—for your constant prayers, unwavering support, and trust in God’s plan for us. Your faith and encouragement allowed us to experience this blessing, and we are forever thankful.

Even though we may not be skilled in every sport, every Young Person gave their best, enjoyed every moment, and celebrated the joy of playing together. This reminded us that God is most glorified not in our victories alone, but in our courage, effort, and joy.

Above all, we praise the Lord for every lesson learned, every friendship strengthened, and every moment that reminded us to play in a Godly way—with humility, respect, and love.

Lord, thank You for guiding us, for protecting us, and for filling our hearts with joy, courage, and faith. All glory, honor, and thanksgiving belong to You!

On December 21, Malinao FBC celebrated its Thanksgiving, 9th Anniversary, and Christmas Celebration—a day that reminded us just how faithful our God has been. 🤍

Nine years. Nine years of walking hand in hand with God, through joys and challenges, through laughter and tears. There were moments when the path seemed too steep, when the struggles felt heavier than we could bear—but through it all, God never left us. Even in our weakest, most uncertain moments, His grace carried us. His love held us together. And today, we celebrate not just a milestone, but the unwavering presence of God in our lives.

We are deeply grateful for Pastor Lemuel, whose guidance, wisdom, and heart for God have been a true anchor for MFBC. And to all the workers, volunteers, and every hand God used along this journey—thank you.

Your sacrifices, your time, your love, your prayers—they built this church family. You were God’s instruments in turning every challenge into a blessing, every obstacle into a testimony.

The celebration was made even more powerful as we heard moving testimonies from our church family:

✨ Ella from YP’s shared how God has been her anchor through every trial, reminding us that we are never alone.

✨ Ma’am Oding from Womisso spoke of God’s provision and faithfulness, even in moments when hope seemed distant.

✨ Brod Noel from Laymen reminded us that God’s grace is always sufficient, even in the hardest seasons.

Each story, each testimony, each heartfelt word reminded us that God is alive, working in ways we may not always see, shaping lives, sustaining hearts, and leading us closer to Him. It reminded us that no struggle, no storm, no delay can separate us from His love.

To God be all the glory, honor, and praise for His guidance, protection, and provision.

Through the ups and downs, He has never left our side. Every smile, every prayer, every act of service, every hand that worked tirelessly—God used them all to bring us here, to this moment of celebration. Truly, every milestone, every victory, every life touched points back to Him.

Here’s to many more years of faith, fellowship, and God’s unending grace.
