THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF BEING A PASTOR....!!!
The most difficult part of being a pastor is loving people who may not love you in return, praying for those who oppose you, and extending grace to those who misunderstand you. What is seen on the altar is strength, clarity, and confidence—but what is carried in the secret place is often weight, warfare, and deep dependence on God.
Spiritual leadership is not sustained by charisma, but by consecration. It is not upheld by human approval, but by divine grace. Behind every sermon is a life being poured out, and behind every public victory is often a private battle. This calling is not limited by gender; it is defined by obedience, stewardship, and surrender to God.
