​NAIC, CAVITE — In a significant gesture of heritage and community spirit, local leaders from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints formally presented a comprehensive 9th-generation family tree to Mayor Rommel Magbitang at the Municipality of Naic on April 16.

​The turnover ceremony highlighted the deep-rooted history of the municipality and the importance of preserving family legacies for future generations of Naicueños.

The 9th-generation family tree serves as a detailed genealogical map, tracing lineage back through centuries of local history. Mayor Magbitang expressed his sincere appreciation for the meticulous effort required to compile such a record, noting its value to the town’s cultural identity.

Beyond the presentation of the family tree, the meeting served as a forum for discussing future collaborations. Leaders from the Church and the Municipal Government explored ways to work together on community-building initiatives.

This turnover marks a milestone in the relationship between the municipality of Naic and the local wards, signaling a shared commitment to honoring the past while actively working toward a unified future..
