Today, we joyfully honor the feast of Our Lady of Fatima, remembering the blessed apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary to the three shepherd childrenโ€”Lucia, Francisco, and Jacintaโ€”in Fatima, Portugal in 1917. Through her message, Our Lady lovingly called everyone to pray the Holy Rosary every day for peace in the world, repentance for sins, and the conversion of hearts. She also encouraged devotion to her Immaculate Heart and reminded the faithful of the importance of prayer, sacrifice, and trust in God.
