“Always pray and never give up.”
📖 Luke 18:1–8 + 1 John 5:14

Reflecting on the Parable of the Persistent Widow reminds us of the power of persistent prayer. Jesus tells of a woman who kept coming to a judge, pleading for justice. Though the judge didn’t fear God or care about people, he eventually gave in—just because she wouldn’t stop asking.

Jesus used this story to show us that God is not like the unjust judge—He is a loving Father who hears the cries of His people. If persistence can move an indifferent human judge, how much more will our persistent prayers reach the heart of our just and faithful God?

But let’s remember: true prayer isn't just about repeating requests.
It’s about coming to God with a heart that trusts Him, aligning with His will, and holding on in faith—no matter how long it takes.

As 1 John 5:14 reminds us:
"If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." 🙏

So don’t give up. Keep praying. Keep believing. Because our God hears, and in His perfect time, He will act.

Celebrating Father’s Day! 💙👔
Today, we honor not just our earthly fathers, but our Heavenly Father—the perfect example of love, compassion, and righteousness.

📖 God is our Compassionate Father (Psalm 103:13)
"As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him."

📖 God is our Loving Father (John 15:9)
"As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love."

📖 God is our Righteous Father (2 Samuel 7:14-15)
"I will be a father to him... When he does wrong, I’ll discipline him... But I’ll never remove my gracious love from him."

Let this day remind us of the kind of Father we have in God—compassionate in His mercy, constant in His love, and righteous in His ways. Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads and father figures out there!
