The images that we see of the raging bush fires in Australia are truly heart-breaking. So many lives, wildlife and properties have been destroyed. Let us pray for our brethren in Australia, and ask the intercession of St. Mary McKillop, Australia's one and only canonized saint, and our Mother Mary, Help of Christians, to bring relief to all affected by the fires.
