With profound joy and thanksgiving, we commemorate the Rite of Investiture of Altar Servers, as our young ministers formally assume the sacred responsibility of assisting at the Holy Altar.

Through this rite, they are called to serve the Lord with reverence, humility, discipline, and fidelity, and to participate more deeply in the liturgical life of the Church.

May their service at the altar be a visible expression of their love for Christ and a continual reminder that, in serving the sacred mysteries, they serve Christ Himself.

May the Lord bless and strengthen them in their ministry, and may they remain faithful servants at the altar and witnesses of the Gospel in their daily lives.

Many servers have been inspired to strengthen their service and devotion by your leadership, commitment, and firm faith.

We are grateful that you led the ministry with courage, humility, and love for the ministry. You have reminded us all to continue helping our community with humility and to put God and people before ourselves.

You also emphasized that your entire term has been, above all, a testament of grace, that your role as president is a grace from the Holy Trinity, that our service is grace, and that each one of us is grace. Truly, we thank God, the God of All Graces, for His grace He has given to us.

Thank you for being a steady shepherd, a patient guide, and a true spiritual father to our ministry. Your quiet dedication, gentle presence, and faithful service continue to inspire our altar servers to grow not only in skill at the altar, but more importantly, in holiness of life.

Through your guidance, many young servers are learning that serving at the altar is a path toward deeper love for the Eucharist and a life rooted in Christ.

On your special day, we pray that the Lord whom you so faithfully serve will bless you with good health, renewed strength, and overflowing joy. May He continue to use you as an instrument of formation, hope, and inspiration for the youth of our Archdiocese.
