SUNDAY MESSAGE RECAP

“What Is in Your Hands?”

Exodus 4:2 "Then the Lord said to him, "What is that in your hand?"

You may see something small, ordinary, or insufficient—but God sees something He can use.

God sees what is already in our hands.
God can use ordinary things for extraordinary purposes.
God can multiply what we surrender to Him.

Don’t wait until you have more to serve Him. Surrender what you have today and trust God to work through it.

Exodus 4:2–12

Today, we gathered for our LIFE RETREAT—a day of worship, reflection, surrender, fellowship, and renewal in the presence of God. 💚

Through every session, we were reminded what true LIFE in Christ looks like:
L — Lordship of Christ
I — Intimacy with God
F — Fellowship in the Body
E — Empowerment of the Holy Spirit

A life fully surrendered to Jesus—our one Lord, our one loyalty, our one life.
A deeper walk with Him, drawing near to God with an open and honest heart.
A reminder that we are not meant to walk alone. We belong to one body, one church family, called to care for and strengthen one another.
A life filled, changed, and empowered by the Spirit of God to live boldly and faithfully for Christ.

Today was more than just a retreat. It was a time to look within, reconnect with God, strengthen our relationship with one another, and allow the Holy Spirit to work in our lives.

May what God started in us today continue beyond this gathering. May we leave not only inspired, but surrendered, connected, transformed, and empowered. 🔥

This is LIFE.

This is LIFE RETREAT. 🌿

A living church is not measured only by attendance, programs, or activities—it is seen in how God’s people live together.

A living church is devoted to the Word, united in fellowship, faithful in worship, and committed to the Gospel. These are the marks of a church that is growing not only in number, but also in faith, love, and obedience to God.

May we continue to be a church that hungers for His Word, cares for one another, worships Him sincerely, and boldly shares the Good News.

“GOD IS NOT IMPRESSED BY BEAUTIFUL WORDS; GOD LOOKS AT THE HEART.”

Prayer is not about how impressive our words sound. What matters to God is the heart that comes before Him—sincere, humble, and fully surrendered.

• God hears the cry of a hurting heart.
• God sees what others cannot see.
• God looks beyond our words and examines our hearts.
• A sincere prayer is more important than an impressive prayer.
• A heart for God changes everything.

Just like Hezekiah, we can come before God as we are. We do not need perfect words—we need a genuine heart.

When Jesus asks you today,

“What do you want Me to do for you?” — Mark 10:51

What would your answer be?

Faith is not just about waiting for a miracle. It is about calling on Jesus, refusing to be silenced, responding when He calls, and following Him after He moves in your life.

Bartimaeus teaches us to:
Cry out with faith.
Keep calling even when others try to silence you.
Rise when Jesus calls.
Be clear about what you are asking for.
And when He answers—follow Him.

The greatest blessing is not only receiving what you prayed for.
It is knowing Jesus more deeply and allowing Him to change the direction of your life.

If Jesus asked you today, “What do you want Me to do for you?” — what would you say?
