23 MAY • OREMOS Pentecost Celebration
On its 27th year, the entire OREMOS community of the Archdiocese of Caceres once again gathered for a day of joyful thanksgiving for the wondrous works of the Holy Spirit in each community and in the personal lives of every member.
With the theme, “Empowered by the Spirit, Sent to Love and Serve,” the members embodied the vibrant power of the Holy Spirit throughout the blessed celebration.
The Office sincerely extends its deep gratitude to the following for making this year’s event a success:
To Rev. Fr. Eugene A. Lubigan, Rector of the Our Lady of Peñafrancia Minor Basilica and National Shrine, for his generosity in welcoming the participants to the venue.
To Rev. Fr. Jed Anthony F. Peña of the Deliverance and Exorcism Ministry, for generously offering his time in enlightening the participants about Spiritual Warfare and how we can overcome the battle with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
To Rev. Fr. Ronald E. Angeles, also an exorcist of the Archdiocese, for sharing his personal experiences in the ministry and for leading the rite of prayer for the sacramentals to be exorcised and blessed afterward.
To His Grace, Most Rev. Rex Andrew C. Alarcon, DD, Archbishop of Caceres, for gracing the occasion as the main celebrant and presider of the Eucharistic Celebration that culminated the day’s event.
To Rev. Fr. John Dexter P. Peñaflor and Rev. Fr. Abenson C. Martinez for concelebrating the Holy Mass.
Most especially, to the OREMOS Spiritual Director, Rev. Fr. Felix Joal M. Bernales V, whose constant guidance and support made every part of the occasion grace-filled and properly executed.
To the entire OREMOS community, headed by this year’s sponsor, the Caceres Renewal Communities (CRC), for their unwavering faith and dedication in keeping the fire of the Holy Spirit ardently alive in each other’s hearts.
Viva, el Espiritu Santo!🕊️🔥
