๐Ÿ™ A Journey of Faith and Spiritual Growth ๐Ÿ™

Today, August 19, the Campus Ministry Club gathered in prayer as they conducted the Novena in Honor of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. ๐ŸŒน

This meaningful devotion is part of the clubโ€™s continuing journey toward spiritual growth, strengthening their faith, deepening their relationship with God, and entrusting their hopes and intentions to the loving intercession of Our Mother of Perpetual Help.

May this novena inspire our young people to remain steadfast in prayer, compassionate in service, and faithful in their daily lives. May Mary, Our Mother of Perpetual Help, continue to guide and protect the members of the Campus Ministry as they become instruments of faith, hope, and love in our school community. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ™

Our Lady of Perpetual Help, pray for us!
Mother of Perpetual Help, guide our youth closer to Jesus. โœจ

MASS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Earlier this morning, the Naga City School of Arts and Trades community came together in faith and unity as students, teachers, and school personnel gathered for the celebration of the Mass of the Holy Spirit. The Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Mark Anthony Beria, Formator of the Holy Rosary Minor Seminary.

This meaningful Eucharistic celebration marked the beginning of another academic journey, entrusting the entire NCSAT family to the guidance, wisdom, and blessings of the Holy Spirit. Through prayer and thanksgiving, we sought Godโ€™s grace to inspire us with knowledge, strengthen us in times of challenge, and lead us to become instruments of excellence, service, and compassion.

May the Holy Spirit continue to enlighten our minds, strengthen our hearts, and guide every step we take throughout this school year.

โ€œCome, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love.โ€ ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

โœจ BRAND NEW LOGO! โœจ

The NCSAT Campus Youth Ministry Logo embodies the mission, spirituality, and identity of the ministry. Every symbol was intentionally chosen to reflect the Catholic faith, Marian devotion, and the call of the youth to live as faithful disciples of Christ.

1. IHS โ€“ Christ at the Center

At the top of the logo is the IHS, a Christogram derived from the first three letters of the Greek name of Jesus (ฮ™ฮ—ฮฃฮŸฮฅฮฃ). It is one of the most recognized symbols of Christianity and serves as a reminder that Jesus Christ is the heart and foundation of the Campus Youth Ministry. The cross rising from the โ€œHโ€ emphasizes Christโ€™s sacrifice, resurrection, and His invitation for every young person to follow Him.

2. Monogram of Mama Mary โ€“ Our Lady of Peรฑafrancia

At the center of the logo is the Monogram of Mama Mary, representing Our Lady of Peรฑafrancia, the heavenly patroness of the Bicol Region. As the spiritual mother of the youth, she symbolizes faith, humility, love, protection, and guidance. The motto surrounding the monogram, โ€œAd Ser Viebam Vieniebamโ€ (โ€œTo serve, I cameโ€), reflects the ministryโ€™s commitment to selfless service after the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

3. Palm Leaves โ€“ St. Pedro Calungsod

The palm leaves represent St. Pedro Calungsod, the young Filipino catechist and martyr. In Christian tradition, palm branches symbolize martyrdom, victory, courage, and unwavering faith. St. Pedro Calungsod inspires the members of the Campus Youth Ministry to courageously witness Christ, remain faithful despite challenges, and dedicate their lives to serving God and others.

4. Rosary โ€“ St. Lorenzo Ruiz

The rosary symbolizes St. Lorenzo Ruiz, the first Filipino saint and the patron saint of the parish church that serves the NCSAT community. His life of steadfast faith, courage, and complete trust in God serves as an inspiration to the students. Together with St. Pedro Calungsod, St. Lorenzo Ruiz is recognized as one of the patron saints of Filipino youth, encouraging young people to deepen their prayer life, remain faithful to Christ, and courageously live out their Catholic values.

5. Shield โ€“ Protection and Unity

The shield signifies Godโ€™s protection over every member of the Campus Youth Ministry. It also represents strength, unity, and the commitment to defend the Catholic faith while fostering a safe and nurturing community where students grow spiritually and morally.

6. Colors and Overall Design

* Gold (Yellow) symbolizes Godโ€™s glory, holiness, wisdom, and the joy of serving Him.
* Red represents Christโ€™s sacrificial love, courage, and the zeal of the youth in evangelization.
* Blue reflects the Blessed Virgin Maryโ€™s purity, faithfulness, and maternal care.
* White symbolizes purity, peace, and the call to live a holy Christian life.

Overall Meaning

The NCSAT Campus Youth Ministry Logo reflects a community of young people centered on Jesus Christ (IHS), guided by the loving care of Our Lady of Peรฑafrancia, and inspired by the heroic examples of St. Pedro Calungsod and St. Lorenzo Ruiz. It serves as a constant reminder of the ministryโ€™s mission: to form Christ-centered, Marian, prayerful, and service-oriented youth who courageously live and proclaim the Gospel within the school, the Church, and the wider community.

โœจBUILDING FOR OUR FUTURE!โœจ

We are delighted to share the ongoing project of the Campus Ministry Club and ESP Club for School Year 2026โ€“2027โ€”the construction of a permanent office that will serve as the home of both organizations.

This project is more than just building a structure; it is about creating a dedicated space where students can gather, collaborate, grow in leadership, strengthen their faith, and carry out meaningful programs and activities that benefit the entire school community.

The permanent office will provide a welcoming environment for meetings, planning sessions, student services, and various club initiatives. Through this endeavor, we hope to leave a lasting legacy that will support future generations of student leaders.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our school administration, members, students, sponsors, and everyone who continues to support this project. Your generosity, hard work, and encouragement are helping turn this vision into reality.

Together, we are building not just an office, but a place where service, faith, leadership, and excellence will continue to thrive.

CHRIST IS RISEN! ALLELUIA!

Christ is risenโ€”the darkness is overcome, and death has lost its sting.

From the silence of the tomb springs forth new life, a victory not only for Him, but for all who believe. What was once sorrow is now transformed into joy, and hope is restored to the world.

Alleluia!
