Summer? Youth Faith and Fun? It's wrapped!
After two weeks of events, the Sportfest has come to a joyful close, with every team and participant contributing to an unforgettable display of competition and camaraderie. The catechism and prayers were led by Rev. Fr. Allen George Alevado, SDB.
Basketball and volleyball athletes showcased their skills, strength, teamwork, and sportsmanship in every match on the courts. Badminton players gripped their rackets with lightning serves and long rallies that kept fans on edge until the last point. Chess competitors moved pieces with focused concentration and sharp strategy, creating thrilling moments. ML tournament players demonstrated clever tactics and bold plays, uniting gamers in friendly rivalry. Beyond wins, losses, scores, and trophies, friendships were forged and community bonds grew stronger through prayer, support, shared laughter, and experience.
Thanks to the volunteers and organizers who worked tirelessly to make each day smooth, safe, and full of fun, these events became truly memorable. Above all, we give thanks to God; without Him, nothing is possible. Because of His guidance and love, each person finds faithfulness.
Thank you to everyone who played, prayed, and participated, your spirit made this Sportfest a true celebration!
